Two guys from SAAV came for measurements of existing microwave and gas oven on the wall gave me feedbacks. However, the sales rep was not good in selecting new products to replace them without having to do modifications and complications that would cost so dearly. I ended up dealing with another appliance place which did a great job and I will have new products to replace without having to modify or making other complications. Thank you for asking.

Individual was not told by Best Buy what he was supposed to be measuring for. I do not think that it should be up to the customer to advise what the job entails!! Shouldn't Best Buy inform the person who is doing the on-site measuring??? Not very professional in my estimation-makes me wonder??

Professional and efficient. Very careful and respectful of house (i.e. shoe covers, gloves, gently closing doors, etc). Won't have final evaluation until appliances are installed.

It is really good to be able to get someone to pre-screen the location, so I don't need to worry the product may not fit.

It is hard to write this review. Too many moving parts. The sales team was great. I'd give them a five. The people who installed the fridge, also good. The installers of the range hood were awful. Set dates and didn't show. Set times and showed up another time. Even after installation, they wanted to set up another installation. Oy!

Two guys came to “measure”.. One guy could not speak English at all and the second had major difficulty explaining anything and had to keep calling his office. Basically he measured from my tile to my counter and said I should buy the ADA American disability Act, shorter Dishwasher as it would fit for sure whereas the regular dishwasher may not. I asked if the regular height dishwashers legs could be lowered or what the minimum height possible was if the legs were lowered, but he could barely speak English, so that went nowhere. I have a tape measure and do not need two professionals to measure the height from my tiles to the bottom of my counter. When he left I was told that his office would call to explain everything and set up an order and delivery, no one ever called, surprise, surprise. What a waste of time with no information gained and no call back.

I don't have my appliance yet but I was pleasantly surprised by how impressive the measuring team was. He was thorough and clear and left a detailed description of everything I need to know. He even suggested specific installers to request based on the kitchen layout. I wasn't aware Best Buy had the high level of service I've received from everyone throughout this process so far. I hope the actual appliance lives up to this standard as well!

My stainless Whirlpool fridge is great looking and has room for everything!

We purchased 3 large appliances & decided to buy the accompanying servicing agreements. The appliances were at sale prices & all performed at an expected high level, but the dishwasher required an adjustment in the space. We called Best Buy & someone came out & made the adjustment within days. Very happy with the appliances & the quick response for the adjustment.

I was given a time frame of 7:30 am - 11 am in a text the day before. The day of the appointment I received another text after 8 am, with a tracking link, saying the driver would arrive around 8:27 am. The link counted down the minutes for 30 minutes and then said the arrival time was "soon". I heard nothing after that until he called at 11 am and said he would arrive in 40 minutes. I told him I would wait until 11:45 am but then had to leave for work. He arrived at 11:47. I lost 3 hours of work that day because I didn't know if "soon" actually meant the driver was going to arrive soon. I'm told this was a third party company, Innovative Freight Systems, not Geek Squad.

The site survey identified what would have been a problem...the electric supply to the new oven was at the top of the oven, whereas the old oven had it on the bottom. I was able to have an electrician correct the problem, which on a 50 amp circuit would have prevented installation of the new oven if not identified prior to delivery. This was NOT something that could be seen just from looking at the specs of the old oven, but was noted due to the experience of the site survey guy!

In the midst of a major appliance purchase, it was so very helpful to choose Best Buy to assist me - they had a pre-measure done that was right on target ensuring that appliances I was considering would actually fit. Great service and definitely the way to work smart!!

Very happy with my new Samsung oven. It bakes perfectly and I like the configuration of burners, especially the double burner. It is sleek looking and a great addition to my kitchen. I am not including pictures as my kitchen renovation is not complete.

Love our new bosch dishwasher. We tried to buy a dishwasher somewhere else and it was a huge hassle, went to Best Buy and it was nothing but wonderful

Service people were knowledgable and service as well as installation was quite good. This is the 1st time we have purchased an appliance at Best Buy and we were very pleased. Service personnel were clean and showed us how to use the appliance.

The person who came to measure was fantastic. The four-star rating is because Best Buy didn’t honor the time frame for which I was available and sent a person when I specifically said I wouldn’t be home, then told me I missed the appointment. To their credit, when I called the corporate office, they sent an excellent technician within an hour to do the service.
