The techs were good. the only problem I had is they missed their original scheduled appointment and didn't even let me know they were going to miss it. I waited all day at home.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were purely professional and courteous. I appreciate them for they listen to what I had to say. they valued my opinion. They were easy to deal with they were in and out and no time flat and I appreciate them thank you guys we're coming over to my house and talking to me about this.

So far the wall oven-microwave combo is what we wanted.

Oven seems excellent but difficult at times to figure out.

Representative was on time. Removed old cooktop to take accurate measurement of cut out for new cooktop. Communicated evaluation and left us with the measurements.

We could not have been happier with Mario and Junior who came to measure our kitchen in preparation for the oven and dishwasher and stove. We were so impressed with their product knowledge and and equally impressed with their how willing they were to make everything as easy as possible for us. We would absolutely use them again and again. They worked seamlessly with our fantastic sales representative Juany - it was all a great experience working with Best Buy.

It is hard to write this review. Too many moving parts. The sales team was great. I'd give them a five. The people who installed the fridge, also good. The installers of the range hood were awful. Set dates and didn't show. Set times and showed up another time. Even after installation, they wanted to set up another installation. Oy!

I have always gotten excellent service from Geek Squad. However, in this instance, it took me three calls to try and get this visit scheduled. I needed a specific time frame due to my work schedule, and I couldn't get the agent to understand that a 12 hour window was impossible for me to work with. Eventually I got a three hour window, but this time frame still fell during my work hours.

Friendly guys came in and took measurements. Had no problems communicating with me and worked quickly. I would give 5 stars if they could clean up the dust that gets kicked up when you move appliances in and out of their slots. I remember the Geek squad did that (Geek squad is awesome).

Initially tried to purchase the new LG wash tower, since the dimensions were similar to the laundry center I was replacing. Installer came a decided it would not fit. Went to store and sales person said it would fit. Second installer arrived and decided the machine would not fit. Geek squad service recommended I have a sales consultant come to my home. That consultant said it would fit and suggested I make an appointment with geek squad site survey to properly measure my space. They measured and suggested I have the machine installed anyway since I had 14 days to determine if I want to return it. I had the install scheduled for the next day. No one showed. I took that as a final sign that I should not by the LG. Instead I spoke to sales over the phone. They helped me purchase the GE laundry center. He emailed me any invoice for me to accept. I couldn’t accept because apparently there was a know technical issue. So after spending 30 minutes with sales and negotiating a discount for my troubles, i wasted my time. I had to purchase my self online and hope that once it’s delivered, I’d be able to call support and receive a credit. The machine was delivered and guess what, it doesn’t work! I called again and it would be yet another week for it to be replaced. I was done. I canceled everything and my alliance to BB

It is really good to be able to get someone to pre-screen the location, so I don't need to worry the product may not fit.

The Best Buy representatives and the installer were so helpful in every way. The new appliances are great.

Love our new bosch dishwasher. We tried to buy a dishwasher somewhere else and it was a huge hassle, went to Best Buy and it was nothing but wonderful

This was a nice bonus for our geek squad membership, We ordered a wall oven and prior to its delivery, a specialist came out to confirm that the oven would fit in the space we had available. Yes, I measured for myself - but to have an expert do it is very reassuring!

I don't have my appliance yet but I was pleasantly surprised by how impressive the measuring team was. He was thorough and clear and left a detailed description of everything I need to know. He even suggested specific installers to request based on the kitchen layout. I wasn't aware Best Buy had the high level of service I've received from everyone throughout this process so far. I hope the actual appliance lives up to this standard as well!
