    My first scheduled service for an appliance measurement was a no show. The guy was running late. He called and left me a message and then I couldn't reach him. The second time, the men came and measured, but couldn't really advise me if the appliance that I was interested in purchasing would fit in my home. Then I got phone messages and emails stating they were coming out again to measure. I never requested the service so I had to call to cancel the erroneous appointment. This measurement service is a great idea, but not without glitches.

    Having purchased a monster fridge (28+ cubic feet) we were more than a little uneasy about how it would be safely carried into the house. The pre-delivery visit was everything and more than we hoped it would be. The site inspector was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He allayed our concerns, took copious measurements and assured us it would be fine - tight, but fine. He was absolutely correct - it WAS fine!

    From ice box to modern fridge!!!!!

    My space for the refrigerator is awkward. Many of the homes of this style have had the walls removed. My home had added cabinets on the wall that would have allowed room for a larger refrigerator without removing walls. The workers carefully measured the space more than one time and gave me the measurements and the recommendations for a fridge. For real I remember when the ice man came to my home to put a block of ice in my ice box. Ok I was a child but look how far refrigerators have evolved for me. I hope to get an amazing modern refrigerator with these accurate measurements. They did a good job just make sure one of the workers are good communicators who arrive from the company.

    Two guys came to “measure”.. One guy could not speak English at all and the second had major difficulty explaining anything and had to keep calling his office. Basically he measured from my tile to my counter and said I should buy the ADA American disability Act, shorter Dishwasher as it would fit for sure whereas the regular dishwasher may not. I asked if the regular height dishwashers legs could be lowered or what the minimum height possible was if the legs were lowered, but he could barely speak English, so that went nowhere. I have a tape measure and do not need two professionals to measure the height from my tiles to the bottom of my counter. When he left I was told that his office would call to explain everything and set up an order and delivery, no one ever called, surprise, surprise. What a waste of time with no information gained and no call back.

    Our new dishwasher is very good and both the pre installation visit and the actual installation went very well and was excellent. We almost bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s but the pre- installation visit was poor and the information given us was wrong

    Diego and his team member came to do an assessment for some appliances. Great service, very knowledgeable, and willing to help. I will be requesting they do the installation as well. Thank you for all your help! !

    This was a key step in the buying process. Did not want to choose am cooktop that required major modifications. Team arrived on time and measurement took away all uncertainty. We did not need any modifications. We are now enjoying our new cooktop!

    Installers were courteous, polite, neat and efficient. Removed existing mounted microwave and installed the new one quickly. I appreciate the professional way this install was handled. THANK YOU!

    I'm not sure what you mean by site survey/pre-measure. The guys who came did not do any of that. They delivered the oven and first said they couldn't install it they then said they couldn't put it on a bench to make it easier me to install into the cabinetry. After discussion, they said they would and did. BTW, my purchase date was 01/31/22 NOT 9/22/22

    Steve was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He measured my old range, and helped me to look online (Best Buy) for a new replacement range. Also measured my old refrigerator (as I was considering replacing that as well in the future) and what to look for online (Best Buy website) for a new refrigerator, a possible future purchase.

    Very friendly site surveyor. Unfortunately none of his information was transmitted to the delivery-installers who came a week later. They had no record of the site survey, didn't install the range so that it worked, and left a gas line uncapped, a dangerous situation. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

    When you choose to use Best Buy installers, you can use this free service so that your install goes smoothly on the day of. They looked/measured all what needed to be done and let me know what they would be able to do versus what I would have to get done separately. At the very least this activity allowed me to plan my job better.

    A current range would not fit because of placement of gas pipe. Pre-installers told us exactly what change was needed. New range fit nicely.

    you service was absolute awesome, the salesperson was super great, very well knowledgeable, she went over and beyond to assist in helping me pick the correct microwave, she sent out the team to come out to measure my space to make sure that i had enough space between the stove and microwave, she hep me find a microwave and i absolutely love it, Michelle was a great sales person. the installers was very professional and knew what they were doing. great service

    The site survey was fine for all but my cooktop. However, it may have been difficult to determine proper fit without having the actual cooktop there since a downdraft vent also had to be installed. The site survey indicated that my granite countertop needed to be cut but it turned out that there wasn't enough room for the cooktop and vent even after cutting the granite because of the depth of the cabinets underneath. I recommend a site survey with this exception. I felt that the individuals who did the site survey seemed rushed.

    The pre-measure/site visit team has been out to my home at least three times because of the purchase of a premium built-in refrigerator. Because the site visit individuals cannot pull an existing built-in refrigerator out of the cabinet, all they could do is take exterior measurements. This is of little to no value. What is crucial is that the refrigerator can be installed in the cabinetry. This is the second time I've tried to buy major appliances from Best Buy and had measurements and suitability advice from Best Buy which has been insufficient and incomplete. The refrigerator i recently purchased was returned.

    I can’t believe you are asking for my review. I have tried for almost 2 years to get this freezer. This has been a nightmare. First you put the unboxed freezer in my driveway and leave. Then after trying to purchase this freezer again you come to my home and tell me it won’t fit which was not true. Previously you delivered a washer and dryer which is larger than the freezer and they fit. The delivery drivers told me once they take it out of the box I own it and they weren’t going to bring it into the house. Again the order had to be cancelled. I had to contact someone at your customer service. He has been the ONLY person who has been helpful. Everyone else has been rude and not helpful and made absolutely no attempt to help me with this situation. The representative who finally helped offered to have someone come out and measure the doorway to make sure it fit. He even kept my order open so if the freezer fit I could finally get my freezer that I have wanted for quite some time. The appointment with the person who was to come to my house was cancelled, rescheduled and then cancelled again. Not to mention before the measurements were taken I received notice that my freezer order was cancelled by your company. I have no idea why it was cancelled and now you continue to ask me to evaluate the service I received. I am so disappointed and upset with your company. I have NEVER been so upset with a company. I truly wanted that freezer and I’m stunned as to how I was treated and after all the anguish your company put me through, I still don’t have my freezer. I am so stunned you are asking me for an evaluation for something that never happened. Do you not review anything that you do in your business. The gentleman who was scheduled to measure my door is not responsible for not coming because the order was cancelled before he even had a chance to come. The poor remarks below are not representative of the man who was scheduled to come and the representative who worked to get my order completed. The remarks are for your staff who I spoke with in regard to the handling of my first order and the mishandling of my delivery and the delivery drivers. The drivers for the first delivery and the second delivery I have no expectations of anyone doing anything to help.
