    Unless you have super wide entry doors and a straight shot into the kitchen, use this service to see exactly what you can and can not fit into your doorways, My appt was between 8am and 12pm. He arrived at 830am, measured and straight up told me the limits on what I can get into my house.

    While the guys were super nice, they seemed confused about really what to measure when they came by. I felt like I had to direct them and even had the measurements myself for them to verify the fridge would fit through the door. I would definitely recommend these guys for delivery but the whole measurement thing was a wasted appointment.

    Having purchased a monster fridge (28+ cubic feet) we were more than a little uneasy about how it would be safely carried into the house. The pre-delivery visit was everything and more than we hoped it would be. The site inspector was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He allayed our concerns, took copious measurements and assured us it would be fine - tight, but fine. He was absolutely correct - it WAS fine!

    I have not used my oven and microwave yet. I feel sure that they will work satisfactorily. My microwave is small for the opening. It is about 4" short. The screws are not set in properly. They look as if they could come out of the cabinet. The company premeasured. We will go to Best Buy tomorrow to advise them of the problem.

    The Site Survey team was very thorough and professional. Measured our cabinet AND the new oven combo that was scheduled for return sitting in my kitchen. Previous delivery/install team had determined it wouldn't fit based on KitchenAid "depth" requirements - they didn't measure the oven combo to confirm actual unit fit dimensions but understand they came to install not measure everything. After complete evaluation of my cabinet and detailed measurement of the appliance, it was easily installed without issue!

    I am incredibly pleased with my refrigerator. The size is small (it was by choice.) However, the interior design enables me to fit anything I want: Shick, sleek-looking, has a beautiful color.

    I am very happy with my new washer/dryer. They both work beautifully. I thank Best Buy for your patience. I didn’t believe I was ever going to have a dryer that worked. Now that I do, it has been very busy.

    I can’t believe you are asking for my review. I have tried for almost 2 years to get this freezer. This has been a nightmare. First you put the unboxed freezer in my driveway and leave. Then after trying to purchase this freezer again you come to my home and tell me it won’t fit which was not true. Previously you delivered a washer and dryer which is larger than the freezer and they fit. The delivery drivers told me once they take it out of the box I own it and they weren’t going to bring it into the house. Again the order had to be cancelled. I had to contact someone at your customer service. He has been the ONLY person who has been helpful. Everyone else has been rude and not helpful and made absolutely no attempt to help me with this situation. The representative who finally helped offered to have someone come out and measure the doorway to make sure it fit. He even kept my order open so if the freezer fit I could finally get my freezer that I have wanted for quite some time. The appointment with the person who was to come to my house was cancelled, rescheduled and then cancelled again. Not to mention before the measurements were taken I received notice that my freezer order was cancelled by your company. I have no idea why it was cancelled and now you continue to ask me to evaluate the service I received. I am so disappointed and upset with your company. I have NEVER been so upset with a company. I truly wanted that freezer and I’m stunned as to how I was treated and after all the anguish your company put me through, I still don’t have my freezer. I am so stunned you are asking me for an evaluation for something that never happened. Do you not review anything that you do in your business. The gentleman who was scheduled to measure my door is not responsible for not coming because the order was cancelled before he even had a chance to come. The poor remarks below are not representative of the man who was scheduled to come and the representative who worked to get my order completed. The remarks are for your staff who I spoke with in regard to the handling of my first order and the mishandling of my delivery and the delivery drivers. The drivers for the first delivery and the second delivery I have no expectations of anyone doing anything to help.

    Disaster Install

    Product was available and oven arrived on time in good condition. PreMeasuring by the installers was completed three days prior to delivery and unit was approved for install. However, the oven was to be installed by the delivery team. They informed me the premeasurement was wrong, the oven would not fit the opening, they would normally make a cut to enlarge the opening but did not have a reciprocating saw with them to remove an eight of an inch from a finished wood cabinet. So they simply put the unit in my garage and left. One of the installers spoke passable English, the other spoke none at all. Trying to communicate about the measurements was difficult. I called to the customer support number for a new install date team. I had to repeat my situation with multiple reps located in a South American call center. The subcontractor they chose repeatedly ignored the arrival days and times Best Buy gave me. The last attempt was a complete no show. No one called, no one ever came, and Bo one followed up. Then out of the blue I got a call from the Haul-away team to get my old oven unit. I told the technician that it had not been removed. He said “are you sure, the system says the new was was installed”. The “system” that you will hear many times from Best Buy is a patchwork of onshore and mostly overseas call centers that don’t follow up on what they promise….with one exception. They finally agreed to refund the installation and haul away charge and did so. They thought I should be pleased, until I reminded them that those services were never provided in the first place……big deal. So after almost a month the unit is still in my garage and I’m trying to arrange for a local installer. BTW…. When I went to the local Best Buy and asked for help from the store manager they did nothing but hand me a brochure with the same number for customer support I had used all along. The company seems to be desperately trying to keep up with Amazon and other major on line suppliers, but are failing badly. One CS rep told me this situation was not there fault since they contracted out to have it installed and it was the contractors issue. When I asked for a direct number for the contractor they refused to give it out. So, if you’ve never seen the underside of a bus, buy your next appliance from not so Best Buy and they’ll throw you there. Can’t rated the product since it’s not installed. Hope this helps others to not have to go through what I did. I won’t even conjecture what happens if I have a warranty issue and have to resolve that through this customer service disaster.

    Well third time was the charm Bobby Clark came out and was very nice and able to answer all my questions. He didn’t rush through so I feel very confident with the measurements. When I am able to find an oven I like I will be requesting him for the installation. I believe Karah was the person in the Woodland store who got this setup for me and I really appreciated her help but after 2 people that were sent using the 1-800 number though they both were very professional and tried to get the right person for me coming in store was the best suggestion they made. Unfortunately with the delay my health has become an issue and I can’t follow through with getting my oven right now but hopefully I’ll be back on track soon and will be back in touch.

    General Electric duel wall oven was a great buy. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and answered all questions that were asked. Only holdup was product was backordered so still waiting for product.

    Garbage Disposal Install

    The team did a great job installing our new garbage disposal. Very efficient, very friendly and we've tested it with the dishwasher and simply the sink and all is working well. Would certainly recommend them to others.

    The Geek Squad Appliance Site Survey Pre Measure was a bit inaccurate on the time they were actually going to arrive, but I was happy that the size of the stovetop range is compatible to the space needed.

    I am so far really enjoying this oven. It replaced an older GE oven so I went with them again as they guaranteed it to fit in same position. Overall it works really well - i love all the features - highly recommend.

    The pre-measure/site visit team has been out to my home at least three times because of the purchase of a premium built-in refrigerator. Because the site visit individuals cannot pull an existing built-in refrigerator out of the cabinet, all they could do is take exterior measurements. This is of little to no value. What is crucial is that the refrigerator can be installed in the cabinetry. This is the second time I've tried to buy major appliances from Best Buy and had measurements and suitability advice from Best Buy which has been insufficient and incomplete. The refrigerator i recently purchased was returned.

    The installers came to check out my kitchen as I was having a wall oven and gas range installed. They were able to see and plan for any modifications needed as my new oven was slightly larger than existing one. Very minimal modifications was needed. Completed efficiently.
