Love it! Cooks so fast! 2 problems: hard to get setting right when turning the knob; got a d0 message after cleaning it and had to flip the breaker to get it working again

I like the microwave however I’m constantly wiping off fingerprints and streaks off the front. Also I wish the panel would light up!

Replaced older version of downdraft which no longer ignited. Grates much more sunstantial than older model. Knobs also better - made of metal and not plastic.

Appliance site survey guy was punctual, quick to analyze, professional.

I would have rated the service a 5 star However, I have not received a call back or a return call from Best Buy as to what size oven can be purchased using the vendors measurements. Everything was 5 star up until this point

The Best Buy associate was good, however he used the opportunity to sell other services which were ridiculously priced. Setting up a Phillips hue system with 5 lights for a few thousand dollars as i recollect… when i checked it later at best it would be a few hundred dollars so not sure what he was trying to sell. The installers who came to measure were not very good. I’ve had Best Buy measure the cavity for a double oven 3 times and it’s dbeen different all 3 times when i communicated this they didn’t seem too concerned. I asked if i could measure it myself and they would not oblige… so it’s not the best or most accurate service.

The guy that came to my house for the measure was really good. I had lots of questions as this will be going from a downdraft to needing an under the cabinet hood. All my questions were answered and the knowledge the guy had was great! He said Best Buy would reach out to me after his report to follow up with products that were recommended. Have still not heard from Best Buy.

The Pre-measure was completed, but I was never contacted about the changers necessary for installation. The measurement was completed on April 20th and no one has contacted me. The 3 rating would have been a 5 if I was contacted. I reschedule another pre-measure for May 20th. The delivery date is 6/3, so I hope this will be the last delay.

I highly recommend this service to anyone in the market to update their kitchen appliances especially if they are being retrofitted in with existing cabinetry. Site inspection staff measured all areas, thus giving me the necessary information to purchase appliances that will fit my cabinets. I ran into issues with the depth of new cook top as well as the connection location, site inspection staff were knowledgeable and were able to provide viable options as well as quotes (best & worst case scenarios). In the end, they resolved my issues at a cost much less than their quote.

Nice person but electrical and gas related considerations were missed

Marc, at Best Buy in Dartmouth, MA was great. He knows the product line and determined that the new wall oven would fit perfectly. And it did!

Paul was friendly, inspected our old refrigerator, checked all the measurements of the existing space for the new one that we purchased. He was very knowledgeable and felt that there would be no problem with the new one fitting in the space.

Service came early 9:30 whic the window was 12-3 however I was available they were prompt and checked the dishwasher connection prior to me buying a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy and told me I needed a special connection as the old dishwasher is about 35 years old (stillworking but not efficient) so I need a plumber first to just change the connection

Best oven for the price . 27” double oven has up to date technology,and easy to use.

Had Site survey come out and confirm water line and door opening to make sure refridgerator would fit and could be installed. Site surevey team took measurements and said I could call in a few hours to confirm that the refridgerator was all set to be delivered and installed. I called as instructed and person who answered seemed unsure and after a brief hold confirmed delivery was still on schedule. I called a 2nd time to confirm that both the door opening and the waterline was all set as I know the door opening was only slightly bigger then the refridgerator. The person I spoke with put me on hold and wanted to check with the Survey team, after a long hold said they confirmed everything was going to fit and be installed. When the Delivery team arrived 2 days later they immediately said that the refridgerator could not be delevered as the door opening was to narrrow even though i was told twice and confirmed it would fit. The delivery team left with our new refridgerator and had to go back to Best Buy to get a refund. This was a ery disappointing experience, especially when I called twice and told everything was going to fit..
