I had BB come out to measure my space for a 28” dishwasher to make sure it could be installed before I bought it. He did a great job and also determined what else I’d need for the electrical work and gave me options to get it done by them or a handyman. Very professional, no pushing. I’ll definitely go with BB for all of it! Just waiting to receive the dishwasher :)

Love the cooktop. Took months to install. Installers were great!

Representative was late due to a previous appointment several miles away from my home. Once he arrived, he was thorough, polite and professional.

It's been a year and a half since we purchased the fridge and we still love it.

The gentlemen who came to do the measurements were professional and so very nice.

They came out to the house and were able to measure and give me options on all the possibilities. Able to answer all my questions. Excellent service. Other places like home depo were charging me to even come out to do measurement while best buy was free. 100% recommend!

My experiences with some of the Pacific Home Sales dispatched pre-measurement crews varies widely but in the latest case with a double oven install they did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, disassembled what was needed out of the old setup in order to get complete measurements and a good sense of the electrical hookup and passed all that info to the installation team that arrived a week later. Some small adjustments to the install were needed when the double-oven was onsite but otherwise it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend getting pre-measurements done.

My washer was off balance and these guys fixed it. Great work!

Best Buy performed a site survey on 9/11/2024, measuring for a new appliance. After that, I received emails for Virtual Consultations both of which were inexplicably cancelled. I called to ask what's going on, and all calls and texts to date are not being returned.

Gentleman was on time, very knowledgeable and knew the products I was interested in.

This is a great service offered for free by Best Buy. We have had a negative experience in the past when buying a dishwasher that wouldn't fit under the counter, so it was reassuring to know that the cabinet could be made to fit the new double oven.

Two technicians came to our home to make measurements for the style and size replacement oven options suitable for our available space. These men were both very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We very much appreciate their quick response to our request, and their careful measurements of the available space for various oven replacement options.

The in-home assessment of our current stove and kitchen infrastructure was very helpful. We quickly learned exactly what size new range we will need to shop for, and the kind of electrical connection we need to have installed. Work was quick, informative and exactly what we needed.

This product is convenient-- It's better than what I have before. It's pretty big and nice to have for a big family

I have been trying to get my new induction cooktop measured and installed since September 2022. On three occasions, wrong measurements were taken and the incorrect product was delivered. I still do not have a cooktop, which was purchased in August of 2022. I am in awe of the lack of ability to provide and install the product I paid for months ago. Do better, Best Buy. This is not how you treat your long-term customers who, several months ago, spent over 20 K to replace the kitchen and laundry appliances. I doubt I will ever conduct business with BB in the future.

Best Buy Sales staff is very up to date on the products they sell. Installation service third parties they use are professional and trained in the products they install. We are very pleased with Best Buy products and service,

Site survey was good for all appliances but the cooktop. As a result, the cooktop I chose did not fit when the installers arrived. I felt the people doing the site survey seemed a bit rushed.
