I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT job done by James Dotson, my installer! He first came with my new dishwasher, installed without an issue! While he was here, he measured and told me which additional appliances he could install, and what would be involved! With his re-assurance, I ordered 4 additional appliances and waited until HE was available to be my installer! Again, he did an EXCELLENT job!

The in-home assessment of our current stove and kitchen infrastructure was very helpful. We quickly learned exactly what size new range we will need to shop for, and the kind of electrical connection we need to have installed. Work was quick, informative and exactly what we needed.

Salesman was very good. However, still waiting for delivery...initially told it would be in February, then told it would be around 4/7... so obviously still waiting.

He did not leave our measurements with us. He ok’d a picture of a possible appliance saying it would fit before decision was made. I called the contracted company he worked for, but no return call. Then i called Best Buy with no help to remedy the situation. Eventually was able to contact a friend capable of pulling out the appliances for measuring accurately. I almost went with someone other than Best Buy , but hated to not use my Total Tech.

On time, polite, explained the process and results. Cleaned up after themsleves.

For a change, the third party delivery/install/return team was excellent. They were professional, careful with my home and the new LG Refrigerator. They hooked everything up correctly and reviewed the features; told me to throw out the first one or two ice drawers; first gallon of water. The two professionals were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

prodct is good. instalation people did good job. first purchase was cancelled because your review team said it will not fit. so order over the range microwave. excellent. My wife is very happy because higher cfm exhaust. fire alam doesnot sound off often.

The technicians came in on time and efficiently made the necessary measurements.

Looking to change the broken gas cooktop for an induction cooktop. Needed to get the cutout dimensions in order to select the replacement. Evan was very helpful by explaining where to find the cutout dimensions on the Best Buy site and the need to have a 240v electric outlet.

Great personal service and patience from Nick at the Hurst store and George at the Grapevine store, along with Nikki to make sure the new dishwasher would fit and install properly. Installation team was prompt and professional.

I had BB come out to measure my space for a 28” dishwasher to make sure it could be installed before I bought it. He did a great job and also determined what else I’d need for the electrical work and gave me options to get it done by them or a handyman. Very professional, no pushing. I’ll definitely go with BB for all of it! Just waiting to receive the dishwasher :)

The persons who did the site survey were great. They were early, respectful and try to ensre all measurements were accurate. They even explained to me that based on the measurements I can only purchase a top loader washer and/or dryer.

Installed a new gas cooktops, messed up the electrical wiring, had to come back but still had no power to some outlets. We had to call an electrician to fix it.

The man who came to measure was very professional and friendly. He came on time and was quick and efficient and measuring the space for the over the range convection/microwave oven I bought. The measurements were primarily to make sure that insulation would be up to code in my town. I appreciate it best by ensuring that safety measure. I have been trying to get my new induction cooktop measured and installed since September 2022. On three occasions, wrong measurements were taken and the incorrect product was delivered. I still do not have a cooktop, which was purchased in August of 2022. I am in awe of the lack of ability to provide and install the product I paid for months ago. Do better, Best Buy. This is not how you treat your long-term customers who, several months ago, spent over 20 K to replace the kitchen and laundry appliances. I doubt I will ever conduct business with BB in the future.

Looks great and works great. Haven’t had any issues as of yet.

This is an outstanding and very helpful service. Ben, the technician and installer, arrived on time. Was professional and informative. Took his measurements. We discussed potential challenge of removing the old dishwasher and installing the new when we have several layers of flooring (installed after the old unit was in place). Ben gave us the measurements and recommended we go with an LG because of the size and floor. We proceeded to go to a store to order.
