It's been a year and a half since we purchased the fridge and we still love it.

The site survey has great value for a new homeowner. They come out, measure all the areas and compare the measurements with the appliances you want to purchase. This helped me a lot because I wasn't quite sure on whether the refrigerator I wanted would fit. They also advised on the type of outlets needed; one of the appliances needed a GFCI outlet to be installed. Thanks to the site survey techs, I was able to get the best appliances for my home and they're beautiful. The site survey is well worth the small fee.

The gentlemen who came to do the measurements were professional and so very nice.

Two technicians came to our home to make measurements for the style and size replacement oven options suitable for our available space. These men were both very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We very much appreciate their quick response to our request, and their careful measurements of the available space for various oven replacement options.

The inspection for measuring and ensuring the Dishwasher bought was the right measures and everything in our house was ready for the installation was done according to scheduling and satisfactory done.

The gentleman that came out did take measurements for the fridge like I had expected. What I did not expect is to have the representative up-sell me on other products like a new stove and entertainment system. The major downside is that I was never given written measurements so i could look around for the best product that fit my needs. That is the driving reason for the 3 star review.

I used the Greek Squad to install a wall oven-microwave unit. They did a great job. The unit looked great. I would use them again.

I would give negative stars if I could. I was scheduled for a site survey today, 7/17, 8-11 am. By 11, no one had shown up or called stating they would be late so I called the toll free number at 11:12. She could see my appointment in the system so she put me on hold to reach out to the driver. She comes back at 11:37 and tells me they are not coming because I cancelled the appt at 11:33. I adamantly told her that was not true so she puts me on hold again to see if they can still come out. She comes back and says they can’t dispatch anyone because I cancelled it. After speaking to a supervisor or lead person, the only thing they offered to do was escalate it by sending an email and stating someone would get back to me. That didn’t set well with me so I called a number that I thought was to corporate. They tell me they can see in the system that I cancelled at 10:40 am. What? Initially, it was 11:33, now the notes say I cancelled at 10:40 although at 11:12 when I called to inquire about the appointment, she could see it in the system. In addition, the supervisor or lead stated there was a note in the system that stated the customer was doing a remodel and wouldn’t be available for the appointment and requested to reschedule. DEFINITELY NOT TRUE. I’m not remodeling, I took the day off and drove 3.5 hours for this appt so I was definitely available. I never had this conversation with anyone, especially not the person who annotated the system with that note. I know this sound harsh but someone at Best Buy is flat out not telling the truth! They. Have definitely lost a customer.

They were prompt and excellent. The work was clean .

The person doing the site survey was very good. one problem, he did not take into consideration the installation for mounting bolts. the ones that go thru the cabinet above the microwave are located at a different location than the existing ones. this caused a delay and me $80.00 to have part of the cabinet removed to facilitate instullation.

I received a call from the guys that were coming to measure, asking me if I really needed them to come and requesting if I could reschedule. I told them that I could not reschedule. They came and spent a total of 5 minutes at my house, measuring only the space for the microwave. I asked them to check the dimensions of the microwave and trim kit and they assured me it would all fit. Guess what? IT DID NOT FIT. Very unhappy with this experience.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Best Buy's oven installation service. They sent out two technicians to measure the oven cutout to ensure the new oven would fit. However, neither technician could tell me the cost of the adjustments needed after measuring the cutout. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to wait until the day of installation to find out the cost of necessary adjustments. When the technicians finally arrived, I was informed that it would cost $250 to make the adjustments, which felt like a bait and switch because I my only options were to pay or return the oven. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. Even though customer help with some of the installation cost, I’m still unhappy because I felt I was taken advantage of.

Grateful to Best Buy for having such a top-notch individual do our inspection before installation. Gave us confidence with his knowledge, expertise and experience. We appreciate the confidence this inspection gave us.

I purchased a toilet tank seal. The seal installation was successful and the purchase was easy. The checkout lady was charming and helpful. She thanked me for my military service as I left.
