I would give negative stars if I could. I was scheduled for a site survey today, 7/17, 8-11 am. By 11, no one had shown up or called stating they would be late so I called the toll free number at 11:12. She could see my appointment in the system so she put me on hold to reach out to the driver. She comes back at 11:37 and tells me they are not coming because I cancelled the appt at 11:33. I adamantly told her that was not true so she puts me on hold again to see if they can still come out. She comes back and says they can’t dispatch anyone because I cancelled it. After speaking to a supervisor or lead person, the only thing they offered to do was escalate it by sending an email and stating someone would get back to me. That didn’t set well with me so I called a number that I thought was to corporate. They tell me they can see in the system that I cancelled at 10:40 am. What? Initially, it was 11:33, now the notes say I cancelled at 10:40 although at 11:12 when I called to inquire about the appointment, she could see it in the system. In addition, the supervisor or lead stated there was a note in the system that stated the customer was doing a remodel and wouldn’t be available for the appointment and requested to reschedule. DEFINITELY NOT TRUE. I’m not remodeling, I took the day off and drove 3.5 hours for this appt so I was definitely available. I never had this conversation with anyone, especially not the person who annotated the system with that note. I know this sound harsh but someone at Best Buy is flat out not telling the truth! They. Have definitely lost a customer.

I received a call from the guys that were coming to measure, asking me if I really needed them to come and requesting if I could reschedule. I told them that I could not reschedule. They came and spent a total of 5 minutes at my house, measuring only the space for the microwave. I asked them to check the dimensions of the microwave and trim kit and they assured me it would all fit. Guess what? IT DID NOT FIT. Very unhappy with this experience.

My experiences with some of the Pacific Home Sales dispatched pre-measurement crews varies widely but in the latest case with a double oven install they did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, disassembled what was needed out of the old setup in order to get complete measurements and a good sense of the electrical hookup and passed all that info to the installation team that arrived a week later. Some small adjustments to the install were needed when the double-oven was onsite but otherwise it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend getting pre-measurements done.

We were under the impression that the cutting would take place at this so I don’t know who miscommunicated that but we’re not upset about it

We scheduled this appointment in person for 4/17, but the measurement worker was 1 week early. He was not very friendly, and the following week when the installer came by for our appointment to install the oven and microwave, he said the measurements were wrong for the oven and he couldn’t install it. He was able to install the microwave because those measurements were accurate. We did not call back for another appointment to fix the issue or install the oven due to this experience. Our purchases items work well and we are happy with them.

Site survey was good for all appliances but the cooktop. As a result, the cooktop I chose did not fit when the installers arrived. I felt the people doing the site survey seemed a bit rushed.

Our double wall oven installation and site survey were scheduled for the same time. I was told this was due to the holiday crunch but still it made very little sense. Luckily the replacement oven was a drop-in fit for the original so all went smoothly but could have just as easily not.

Our new double oven looks great in our kitchen and works well.

The two men from A.I. Pros, who came to pre-measure for my stove were amazing. They came in, looked at the space, and measured to be sure everything was standard. They told me exactly what they would do to install the stove so that it didn't protrude too far into the kitchen (my current stove blocks a set of drawers). They were so great that I have requested that Josh from A.I. Pros be the one called to install my new stove.

The service provider was very knowledgeable and great at answering all my questions. Would recommend this service

I worked with a consultant on our new refrigerator. The space was a little tight and they did a great job of ensuring it would fit the first time. Great job!

The inspection for measuring and ensuring the Dishwasher bought was the right measures and everything in our house was ready for the installation was done according to scheduling and satisfactory done.

Don't buy the 5 door KitchenAid refrigerator from best buy. Every part has been replaced and the fridge is still giving problems. Never again

I utilized the pre-install service and glad I did. They confirmed the fridge would fit into the house and the spot in the kitchen. Great to hear from the pre-install team on how to handle the water line to ensure the install team would hook the fridge without issue.

Having a site survey prior to purchasing a refrigerator was easy and it gave me peace of mind, ensuring that the right size was purchased. It also eliminated the possibility of the water line being out of code which would have caused an issue upon delivery.

Were not sure these products would fit in the existing spaces. Survey guy verified that everything would be good and it was. Very pleased.

Delivery was on time but there was confusion that they were also supposed to install the products. After back-and-forth with headquarters install was completed. Original Install a washer and dryer resulted in damage to an expensive piece of furniture that was not in the pathway of the delivery people and a crumpled dryer vent which could have resulted in a house fire. No follow up from corporate was provided to pay for damage done by the delivery people. Sad.

The survey people were fast and friendly in doing their job to make sure that everything fit properly.

Totally awesome service. Installed a 65" tv above my fireplace in a 100-year old home. Great work.
