I received a call from the guys that were coming to measure, asking me if I really needed them to come and requesting if I could reschedule. I told them that I could not reschedule. They came and spent a total of 5 minutes at my house, measuring only the space for the microwave. I asked them to check the dimensions of the microwave and trim kit and they assured me it would all fit. Guess what? IT DID NOT FIT. Very unhappy with this experience.

Bought a cooktop and oven during the Black Friday sale and the staff that took care me suggested certain models that fit the measurements. Bestbuy even sent out a tech earlier to take measurements so I can get the right size appliances. The cooktop and oven came today and the team was professional with the installation. I'm happy with my purchase from Bestbuy that I would recommend to my friends to go to Bestbuy if they need to buy appliances.

prodct is good. instalation people did good job. first purchase was cancelled because your review team said it will not fit. so order over the range microwave. excellent. My wife is very happy because higher cfm exhaust. fire alam doesnot sound off often.

The installation survey guy was prompt, clear on task and communicated well. Couldn’t be happier.

Best Buy performed a site survey on 9/11/2024, measuring for a new appliance. After that, I received emails for Virtual Consultations both of which were inexplicably cancelled. I called to ask what's going on, and all calls and texts to date are not being returned.

I would give negative stars if I could. I was scheduled for a site survey today, 7/17, 8-11 am. By 11, no one had shown up or called stating they would be late so I called the toll free number at 11:12. She could see my appointment in the system so she put me on hold to reach out to the driver. She comes back at 11:37 and tells me they are not coming because I cancelled the appt at 11:33. I adamantly told her that was not true so she puts me on hold again to see if they can still come out. She comes back and says they can’t dispatch anyone because I cancelled it. After speaking to a supervisor or lead person, the only thing they offered to do was escalate it by sending an email and stating someone would get back to me. That didn’t set well with me so I called a number that I thought was to corporate. They tell me they can see in the system that I cancelled at 10:40 am. What? Initially, it was 11:33, now the notes say I cancelled at 10:40 although at 11:12 when I called to inquire about the appointment, she could see it in the system. In addition, the supervisor or lead stated there was a note in the system that stated the customer was doing a remodel and wouldn’t be available for the appointment and requested to reschedule. DEFINITELY NOT TRUE. I’m not remodeling, I took the day off and drove 3.5 hours for this appt so I was definitely available. I never had this conversation with anyone, especially not the person who annotated the system with that note. I know this sound harsh but someone at Best Buy is flat out not telling the truth! They. Have definitely lost a customer.

Consultant was very knowledgeable. Consultant took their time explaining various options for appliance.

We scheduled this appointment in person for 4/17, but the measurement worker was 1 week early. He was not very friendly, and the following week when the installer came by for our appointment to install the oven and microwave, he said the measurements were wrong for the oven and he couldn’t install it. He was able to install the microwave because those measurements were accurate. We did not call back for another appointment to fix the issue or install the oven due to this experience. Our purchases items work well and we are happy with them.

The Geek Squad Tech that came to my house was fantastic. His name was Dan Hays. He worked very hard connecting all my devices. He made great suggestions and one was a new router which he had on his truck and connected all our devices. He was professional and we all were safe wearing our masks and keeping our distance. Next time I have the Geek Squad to my house I probably will request Dan. Thank You very much. Terry and Barb Schuler

A technician visited and also completed the install which took close to 7 hours, but it came out perfect.

Alberto was awesome and made sure the double oven would fit snug.

I recently bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator, dishwasher and range-hood microwave. I built a house 3 years ago and was given no choice on the kitchen appliances. Builders grade just doesn't cut it. I had service on the dishwasher several times and was very unhappy with it in particular. I love the new KitchenAids and would highly rcommend them. I did keep the original refrig and had it put in my garage, which has come in handy during the pandemic.

I was impressed with the home consultation that Willy - the consultant- did. As a senior it’s important to me to find supportive resources. His measurements & advice help me to decide on a new refrigerator

Installers were prompt and courteous. Explained potential site problems and offered solutions to our great satisfaction. We hope they return when it is time to remove our old appliances install our new appliances. We did notice a couple of new scratches to our cabinet below our existing wall oven after they left. Knowing that moving the oven might cause damage helped us decide to refinish them after the installation.

The persons who did the site survey were great. They were early, respectful and try to ensre all measurements were accurate. They even explained to me that based on the measurements I can only purchase a top loader washer and/or dryer.

Great appliance. Looks great. Great installation. Works great.

We bought this for the freezer and it was absolutely perfect for our space and just what we were looking for!

Our salesman Elex Caine set up a pre-site visit to make certain our new wall oven would work in the space we had available. It was worth the assurance that all was well. The space was measured and we were told exactly what to expect on the day of installation and what the extra cost for enlarging the hole would be. The installation went well and just as expected.

So far refrigerator is all that I expected. I had for one week
