Working like a pro ! Came on time. I recommend this service

Installers were prompt and courteous. Explained potential site problems and offered solutions to our great satisfaction. We hope they return when it is time to remove our old appliances install our new appliances. We did notice a couple of new scratches to our cabinet below our existing wall oven after they left. Knowing that moving the oven might cause damage helped us decide to refinish them after the installation.

The person who came out to do the site survey and pre-measure was the same person who came out to do the installation. He was prompt, courteous and knew his stuff - great guy!

Delivery was on the time estimated. The delivery team were fantastic, hard working and friendly. Very clear on what the home owner needed to have ready for the delivery in order to install. Best Buy, you did good.

Victor from Hawaii Unified Industries did a pre-delivery site survey before the actual delivery of our refrigerator. He was very professional and addressed all our concerns. As a result, we were well prepared for the delivery date.

I recently bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator, dishwasher and range-hood microwave. I built a house 3 years ago and was given no choice on the kitchen appliances. Builders grade just doesn't cut it. I had service on the dishwasher several times and was very unhappy with it in particular. I love the new KitchenAids and would highly rcommend them. I did keep the original refrig and had it put in my garage, which has come in handy during the pandemic.

The Measurer was professional and knowledgeable. He left his measurements with me. This was good because Best Buy could not find them when we purchased our induction range. I also showed the Measurer the range we wanted to purchase. He correctly said it would fit.

Great experience! The two gentlemen called prior to arrival and showed up on time. Measurements were taken and area of installation evaluated. He explained venting may need alteration. Very courteous and answered all of my questions.

AIC Alliance did a great job with the appliance site survey for my wall oven and cooktop. They were so thorough, that we realized our new countertops needed to be cut on site to ensure the cooktop fit.

Working with the salesman was great, Derek was very informative and accommodating. Members in store also very nice and provided great information. Reason for the one out of five stars is when they came out for measuring, they caused my oven to stop functioning and refused to fix it, outright denying they caused any issues despite it working perfectly before they touched it. Nightmare to get resolution from the claims department getting past back-and-forth between the subcontractors and bestbuy. I had to hire my own repairman, lay out of pocket for damages caused by their subcontractor. It ended up being disconnected wiring when they pulled the wall oven out to measure, but couldn’t have the common decency to A)acknowledge their mistake and apologize, actually blamed customers for not wanting to do their job as contractor, direct words “ this is why we don’t wanna touch anything when we come to peoples houses.” Well good luck being a co tractor who replaces, measured and fixes things, not touching things. Guy who came out said he did t do anything and wouldn’t help, didn’t even bother providing a number to call, only were able to get anything started because we contacted the original salesman who provided us the number to contact. However when we tried to contact that number they even declined to provide us help until after we already repaired it ourselves which was weeks later. Will not be buying my ovens from Best Buy now. Treat your customers right.

We bought this for the freezer and it was absolutely perfect for our space and just what we were looking for!

The two gentleman that showed up were on time, curtious and answered all my questions. It was nice to see a crew that were knowledgable and seemed to really take my concerns into consideration.

Nice finish, I like the lights under the knobs that light when the burner is on. So far not issues

The tech guy who came to the house knows what he is doing. He was respectful and professional.

Very helpful. The guy who came was very careful in measuring and it paid off when we went to the store to purchase. The store was about to get us the wrong size but we showed the paper and now the right size was ordered.

I didn't buy anything yet. I will be buying an electric range. Best Buy came out to measure (at no charge) My handyman is coming 3/29 to make the area larger so it will fit. Then I'll order it. So far I'm very impressed with the help I have received. I would not buy it anywhere else.
