Pre-measuring team was very professional and did a great job remeasuring the existing built in microwave oven space. Same people did the installation and did a great job!

The microwave that was initially installed was defective, and was left installed in our home! The installers drilled multiple holes in our brand new cabinets - when holes were already in place and new ones were not needed, left a mess with all the saw dust and wood pieces, and knew the microwave did not work correctly, but said they could not take it back because they didn't have an order to do so. We waited for a response for a new one and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so we went into Best Buy to check the status. Nothing had been reported, so a new work order was set up to have someone come out and remove the defective one and check to see if a different model could be placed. The men that came didn't give us an answer if the new microwave could be installed or if modifications would be needed. They just said they couldn't help us. They spoke to each other in Spanish thinking we didn't understand, little did they know I did understand. I don't appreciate being called stupid! The old, non-working microwave, has yet to be removed, and we cannot get any answers. For being "carpenters" they had no clue how to fix the situation. It has become apparent we will be removing the non-working microwave, and installing a different one ourselves. So much for paying for Total Tech!

Doug was very patient with us picked out appliances installer came week later to measure 2 appliances would not fit so back to drawing board waiting for Doug or someone else to pick out appliances again

I received excellent customer service, the appliance sales guy was able answer all our questions. Afterwards he connected me with someone to help me with my phone upgrade.

The opinion from the site survey for the removal of old dishwasher & install of new: Remove tile around floor and/or saw wood under the counter to allow room. (DW is "entombed" in space due to new tile on floor, raising level of floor. He did NOT say if the installtion crew would do it or not. Soo, I still have the same problem of buying & installing DW. I'm 85 & not going to do the remodeling! He told me what I already knew - I was looking for someone to say "no problem, we can do it".

Received great service from the service techs who came to pre measure for a replacement cooktop, and also the installers who came in afterwards. Both the third party vendor you use and your in-house tech made it possible for my selection of cooktop to work in the existing site conditions. For this I would like to recommend them and BestBuy a good place for appliance purchases.

My site survery was perfection. I asked a lot of questions and they helped me get ready for the actual installations. Site surveys are free.

Having the pre review, prior to installing my microwave and trim kit confirmed I got the right thing for the space.

Never had better people to measure for a replacement item. These two guys were so very careful and happy to answer questions and explain anything.

I’m not sure to blame Best Buy or your vendor but two of the six appliances I purchased he didn’t even have any experience installing them and didn’t measure for them. He had a bad attitude because you guys send him out there and make him take apart Kitchens to take measurements lotta complaining.

Came with in the time window, quick, friendly, no Covid protection at all

Rick was on time and very knowledgeable. He assured me that there was no reason the upcoming installation should be problematical. He even left me a coupling to connect water, discharge lines of different diameters.

Pre-Measure guy did a great job making sure fridge would fit.

Having the premeasure service is critical with a major appliance like a wall oven. It helps to outline needed work and potential problems with the current installation.

the representative they sent was well informed, kind and accommodating. I didnt know this option existed and i was thankful to Best Buy for telling me. I would do this again.
