I only spoke with the associate on the phone. I gave him the information and he was able to advise me.

The service person did a great job taking measurements. That said, i have yet to hear from Best Buy regarding appliance options. No one has contacted me nearly 1 month later.

More training for staff and contracting staff. They are representing the Best Buy

THE GENTLEMAN WHO MEASURED THE SPACE FOR THE MICROWAVE OVER THE RANGE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. TOOK MAYBE TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTES TO GET AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT.

I just love my microwave, they were right no fingerprints. The dishwasher has an extra tray for long spoons.

So far it's worknig very well however I have only used it once

Cleans well, no spots. Lower rack hard on a person with a sore back.

Successfully turned off water but water could not be turned off when installers came.

Service was excellent. It was a 3rd party vendor, and the company Bestbuy contracted provided great service. Phone calls to schedule/remind of appt., and the installation was quick with additional accommodations to make sure the installation was made in accordance with the conditions of the kitchen.

Contractor pre-measure for oven, downdraft cooktop, and microwave install. Contractor provided estimated arrival time and confirmation days leading up to appointment. He arrived on time, was very friendly, answered all questions, and explained the install process for the following week.

Jessica Pleasant, listened, and found what my problem was, suggested a solution, (she) gave a "Master Class" on customer Care. Jessica took the time and explained to me what was done. A asset to your brand. Thanks Jessica.

Required two different sets of people to come premeasure all my appliances.. then the second person had to have me send pictures of my appliance areas for them. Not as professional as I had hoped.

The two gentlemen who came to our house were very polite and courteous. However, my expectations of the outcome of their site visit were not met. I don't think it was their fault -- it is the fault of the person who set-up the meeting in the first place.

They provided status of time frame days before as well as day of work. They were nice and answered every question I had. They went above and beyond from expectations

Im confused. I thought the purpose of having them come out is to get measurements is to make sure purchase of new items (such as stove and wall oven) fit in existing space and communicate that with the store prior to delivery. They came out and measure space. I ask them for information however they said they could only give that information to there manager which would relay that to Best Buy and I would here something back. Well I didn't so I called to make sure all was well before deliver. So when scheduling delivery I ask will the new appliances fit in existing spaces because I never got a call back. He said because he could schedule the delivery very thing was ok. If new appliances didn't fit the measurements then it wouldn't allow him to schedule the deliver. Well that was exactly the case. Delivery people came and neither one of the appliance would fit the existing space. This was a total waste of time on all parties. a week later I still haven't heard back from Best Buy appliance department except a text message saying its time to schedule your delivery? What??? Break down in communication. Very frustrating.

These young men Sean and Corbin that came into my home were great at there job and my wife was very happy and they were very professional at there job, Thank you

I have not really used it that much yet since it was just installed but it is a great replacement of the old one that we had.
