Very informative and friendly sales clerks. The installation went well also.

Before my appointment I received a phone call from one of the gentleman coming to measure. He explained that my house was a new build and I did not need the measurement. I had to insist that I would like the service that I requested because my husband and I had specific questions. The gentleman ( I’m being nice) decide for himself I did not need the service I requested and did not come. Thankfully his coworker that was with him did show and answered all of our questions. At least one of the employees is committed to their job. Which is nice to see and getting more rare every day.

The appliance is excellent, It just took a long time to get it delivered and installed.

I received excellent customer service, the appliance sales guy was able answer all our questions. Afterwards he connected me with someone to help me with my phone upgrade.

It was nice it was the same person who does installation is the one who does the site survey. He knew exactly how the new oven would fit in the old space and what needed to be done by us to get it to fit, such as minor carpentry adjustments along bottom, and where to put an electrical box and what's required for that. Friendly, knowledgeable person, and good installer. I'd recommend this free service.

The information that comes with the product is very limited in explaining how the appliance works. The instructions are very difficult to follow and limited in the explanation.

I was having difficulties in getting the measurements correct for the refrigerator I wanted to purchase. Everyone who measure came up with slightly different measurements. This technician came up with correct measurements and helpful hints with the product installation. Dorothy James

the representative they sent was well informed, kind and accommodating. I didnt know this option existed and i was thankful to Best Buy for telling me. I would do this again.

Two men were sent to premeasure the cabinet where the new oven would go; only one man did any work. They measured incorrectly and we thought the oven would not fit, but once the oven came and the installers measured; it was then realized the mistake the premeasurers made.

Having the premeasure service is critical with a major appliance like a wall oven. It helps to outline needed work and potential problems with the current installation.

They provided really great service. Looking to purchase a new microwave and the site survey provided all necessary info needed to move forward.

I purchased a new MacBook Air and had tech support to transfer the files from the old computer to the new one. I had excellent communication and appreciated the ability to check on the progress. I had a very difficult time trying to find a refrigerator that would fit in my space. Most modern refrigerators are larger than older ones. They are especially tall, and if you had cabinets installed above your older refrigerator, you are likely to not have enough room for the new refrigerator! Getting a site survey was very helpful.
