I purchased a new MacBook Air and had tech support to transfer the files from the old computer to the new one. I had excellent communication and appreciated the ability to check on the progress. All the Best Buy staff that I used were terrific in the process. I really appreciated their support and knowledge. Thanks!

Didnt go as planned but it worked out Was too big but once our guy got it measured on alternate location we Were happy

I thought I had the premeasure down, but, the Site Survey found one other detail I had missed that helped with the installation the next day.

Two men were sent to premeasure the cabinet where the new oven would go; only one man did any work. They measured incorrectly and we thought the oven would not fit, but once the oven came and the installers measured; it was then realized the mistake the premeasurers made.

I had a very difficult time trying to find a refrigerator that would fit in my space. Most modern refrigerators are larger than older ones. They are especially tall, and if you had cabinets installed above your older refrigerator, you are likely to not have enough room for the new refrigerator! Getting a site survey was very helpful.

Great delivery and set up. The old refrigerator was removed and the two men did exactly as the Best Buy representative said would they would do.

Service provider kept in touch and arrived promptly for the service. Measurement was thorough and reflected on the final installation. Great job

Love my new washer and dryer. Waited forever for them. David cantoran and Luis Lara. Best Buy pacific sales installers. They both did an amazing job. I had other guys show up to my house and say that they can’t do the job. Hopefully you appreciate them and you’re lucky to have them.

The team came and took some measurements. Week into it, they never put the measurements into the system. So, what was the point in this exercise. Luckily, I had taken my own measurements.

Best Buy outsources site surveys and installation to 3rd party vendors, and the company they used for our purchase ended up being responsible for both the survey and installation of my purchase. The surveyor they sent was nice, but he didn't do any measuring and just eyeballed the openings and appliances to be replaced. He advised he would have "no problem" installing what we purchased, and I felt good to proceed. However, when his company came back out for the install, they sent another employee who wasn't fully prepared and ended up not completing the install. I called the Total Tech hotline at that time, and the agent I spoke with advised that "site surveys don't really mean anything, as they don't usually send installers on those trips, and so oftentimes the installers will encounter issues that the surveyors missed." Which basically means there's no point in getting a site survey - you might as well just measure yourself and hope for the best. BTW we did reschedule the vendor to come out to attempt installation again, over a week later, and the second installer was able to complete the job. But overall not a great experience.

Bad customer service with no respect for their customers.. Best Buy is the worst company to deal with. No professionalism at all.. I have an order with them since October last year.. not back order stuff because since I bought item, it was available to be delivered.. since there every week I was scheduled to have my delivery.. every day before the day of the delivery the send me message to reschedule.. I called even talked to a manager they confirmed it will never happen again.. unfortunately same thing every week until January 2024, when the last person I spoke to told me to cancel my order.. I never think they can waist my time every week like that and tell me after to cancel my order.. This is the worst customer service I never had… never and never again… and everywhere I will share that experience I have with you, Guys.. trust me.

Installer was on time and knew exactly what he needed to do. No issues. Great experience.

The item I got is on back order, I will review once it’s installed , the process was great and everyone was patient . I have total tech so there is a warranty and installation is free

Service at Best Buy as outstanding. I was very impressed with the efficiency of salesman Mario when purchasing my new wall oven at your Antioch location. Also the 2 men who came to measure were very polite.

I somewhat understand the logic. However, the timeframe required and being mandatory reduces customer service. Placing all customers in the same category in annoying. Credit scores provide an avenue to ensure customers aren't treated the same. I am in new construction house, replacing the original oven, which I checked the manual to verify size. My knowledge is ignored and my delivery is delayed. They verified exactly as I stated and then another week to get delivery. Poor process and even worse during pandemic as best buy communication is slim to none.

In my case a preview was not really very helpful. The installer needed the range before he could actually make the modifications that were necessary for the installation. Jennaire’s video for the installation didn’t show how to install the downdraft in the wall.
