I had a Best Buy service rep come out and help me figure out where to place a washer/dryer in my very small laundry room. He gave me a great idea that I hadn’t thought of. That made it easy to narrow down my choices of what to purchase. Very helpful!

found appliances we liked, salesperson was helpful, but that's where the fun started. Incorrect measurements for the wall oven we ordered leaving a 4"+ gap in the wall, Sent people out to look at it, told me to buy some wood and they'd fit in there nice. Sales guy v/mail box full, emails took a week to respond. The appliance works great but we still have the gap in our wall. Refr backordered, not holding my breath that fits the appropriate space, either. Overall, I don't recommend.

Site survey and pre-measure tech, Vince, arrived as expected and on time. Work was completed quickly and professionally, consultation was made and all my questions were answered.

The Geek squad serviceman is always friendly, reliable and on time. Very knowledgeable and always get the repairs done on the first day. The guys that ship your needed parts ahead of the repair date, always ensure they send the correct parts and that they arrive on time! I can depend on The Geek Squad which is more reliable than the appliances I bought.

The service that you have for delivery and installation are the WORSE. They can't follow simple instructions. If you look out my records you will see all my complains since January until now. I have spent weeks trying to solve the problems, Calling daily to make sure that they follow the instructions. Take off from work to accommodate you, Spent days trying to speak with someone reliable but it is imposible since they put you on hold for hours. Finally, one time I was able to speak with supervisor, she assured me hat this time will not happene again. Why I was not surprize when they try to do deliveron February 8 only two people show up. Is not way that they could bring the refrigerator two the second floor using the stairs. In general I would rate -0- FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES, FOR DELIVERY, ETC. My new appointment is for February 13, call before they are on their way, we need 4 people, delivery requested at AM, i hope this time yiour company check carefully the instructions and do not fail again. I have take to many days from work, but I can't continued doing this. Is the worse experience that I ever had,

Ryan was so helpful in helping me to select the right HP computer. I was a little hesitant to try the new printer, but I think I got the hang of it. She was very patient with me.

Efficient and polite team came to preview and told us that we needed to bring a plumber in to replace the copper part for the e Water attachment. It was great to know this so that we could have everything ready for when the delivery came.

Measure to insure product would fit before coming out to install

Bought a GE Cafe oven and microwave combo and the matching cooktop. So far, everything is fine. Still learning all the details on what he does.

BestBuy came out first to determine if the washer dryer tower would fit in our current space. It was a tight fit, but they figured out how to make it work.

Would recommend getting the service, it was quick and easy.

The in home measurement was inaccurate. On delivery day, the cord wasn’t long enough to plug in. I was stuck with the double oven and no installation for 4 days. They couldn’t have cared less.

Luis with Best Buy did the pre measure for our ovens. He was efficient and professional. He answered our questions and set us up for the install with Lonestar Appliance Installations.

They did a great job premeasuring! Everything hung turned out great!

Person, Xavier, was excellent in describing what will be done and how to prepare. Measured to assure fitting of new oven, looked at power line, etc.

They showed up early, gave accurate information and guided us to what product to buy that fit our utility setup for that appliance.

This service is a must have before any appliance install. We tried the do it yourself method and we failed. The technician resolved all our issues much to our surprise and its FREE!

Great service, knowledgeable crew. Called with EAT and arrived on time.
