Service, installation was great. The installation tech was very knowledgeable; he did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.

Crew arrived on time, did prep work efficiently. I signed papers acknowledging the prep work was done (preliminary measurements, etc). I await product recommendations.

Great customer service, he even worked around the appointment that I had when he called to tell me that he was on his way.

The scheduler was so awesome, she was able to book everything I wanted when I wanted it... something 2 other folks couldn't do... thank you so much! You made my day!

This was yet another demonstration of the disorganization of your company. We bought some items for our house and tried to get the GEEK squad to help with installation and some other computer issues that have gone unresolved for quite a while. Not only did anyone not contact us about a site visit for these purposes someone else called to make an appointment for appliance installation. We attempted to explain that we did not need the appliance assistance but accepted an appointment for weeks later. BTW- when we did need appliance assistance we were put off for a month. We are getting pretty fed up with the not being able to solve our tech issues. I am requesting a response from someone in a local San Antonio store to get to the bottom of this nonsense. If we do not hear from someone within three business days, we intend to cancel our squad subscription. PS-you folks can't even let me say my piece conveniently. Now I have HAD to answer your dumb "break it down questions" before I can submit my grieveances. D Pyle

Excelled service all through from purchase, scheduling, planning, replacement and haul old.. Everything was so smooth and on time service. Cant thank enough on the timely service.

Absolutely useless, they first cancelled my appointment citing I wasnt home...but the time they cancelled was BEFORE the window, so they basically didnt want to show up. They lead tech then called me and tried to talk me out of then having to show up, saying " well any microwave would fit, I put those up all day, you can pick any and I can just give you the measurements over the phone". Who says that?? To further make the situation WORSE, the two guys showed up with NO TAPE MEASURE TO A PRE-MEASURE APPOINTMENT......they showed up without a tape measure or pen, paper, they WREAKED of cigarette smoke so much so that the stench lingered in my house and I had to burn incense and spray to get the smell out. It was the most unprofessional scene, Best Buy should be embarrassed to use Just Install Inc in Atlanta. Just deplorable.

The two men that came to do the pre-install measurements were professional yet warm at the same time. They reassured us that the appliances we ordered will fit so we hope that will be the case. Overall very pleased.

It is always a pleasure to have you over to do a home visit and take care of my computer needs as you folks have a tendency to do excellent work.

The tech was very polite and did all the measurements. He explained what would happen when they delivered my merchandise and answered all the questions that I had. I will definitely use this service again.

I can easily perform the required measurements for our refrigerator installation, but I figured the service is free, so why not. the technician was professional and quickly completed the measurements. he also introduced so dimension elements that I probably would not have considered doing the measurement myself.

The service men were the best I have ever had in my home. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and were very careful when moving item in the house.

I am reviewing the lack of customer care in setting up and managing appointments... How do I give 0 stars?! first appt scheduled for a Tuesday since that is the only day they come to my area. Appt cancelled by install company (XPO) because they "only come to my area on Saturdays" - WHAT? why would Best Buy pick Tuesday if that isn't a possible day? OK - Saturday appt set up... waited all day - no show. I called and guess what? Appt rescheduled (without informing me of change!) because - you guessed it... they only come to my area on Tuesdays!!!! So here it is Tuesday and again we have a no show... Install company decided they would do the PRE-MEASURE on day of installation - again without bothering to inform me of their decision. How can they do a PRE-measure on the day of installation and how can they deicide it is okay to not tell the customer of these changes?

The installation team was just excellent! No problems!

Late for appointment by 45 minutes and no call from tech. Then talked on cell phone while here.

The appliances such as the microwave, garbage disposal, & dishwasher were products we purchased from Best Buy. Jay provided excellent assistance!
