Both men were knowledgeable. Just waiting for appliances to be delivered and installed.

Arrived on time. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very professional.

The installation was a nightmare. 1. We took off from work an entire day for the installation just to have the installer call at the end of the day to say that he wasn't going to make it. 2. We rearranged our schedules the second day to be home for a specific block of time just to have him not show up until hours later. 3. Out of all the inconvenience, once he did show up, he had the nerve to be arrogant. This the abbreviated version of the encounter.

The gentleman you sent to measure my stove was wonderful. Now I am trying to talk my husband in getting new appliances....wish me luck ! Thank you Debbie

This was for a measurement of whether the drawer microwave would fit in the cutout in our home. Sales lady Linda provided a free service and they did it a good job of checking everything and providing me the details. No issues.

Completely worthless home visit. What I asked for and what I got were diabolically opposite. I asked for someone to guide me so I can decide what kinda receiver I should get so I can get hooked into my home audio speakers that have been set up in my new house's ceiling. Instead the guy who came in said, I am a service guy, what do you need. I explained, so he asked to see the speaker wire coming from the wall. He then said we will send our info to the store and someone will get back to you - less than 60 seconds in and out. and that's the last I heard on this. Again, I'm on my own. Why offer a 'free' service which it is not. This 'free' service has costed me almost a month of not being able to set up a receiver that I can hook up my sound system.

Delivery was delayed due to pandemic The installer who did visit was not who installed the appliances They were not as easy to work with as the first one

In home consult was great. BB tech laid out different options for the kitchen upgrades.

I am giving this rating because the microwave works fine but the trim kit that we purchased has been delivered twice with dents. So Best Buy is sending us a 3rd trim kit hopefully this one comes undamaged .

The premeasure person was able to help us realize we needed a different type of appliance than what we originally chose.

We were concerned that our dishwasher was slightly larger than our old one but it was fine. All was done quickly and efficiently.

Measurement team arrived as scheduled with full protocol in place. They worked quickly and accurately to get all necessary dimensions. They were polite and cleaned the area around the washer and dryer.
