In-home service was as expected. Service man arrived on time and made sure our new fridge would fit into the space provided.

We wanted the measurements to reflect what size microwave would fit in our existing space without cutting our tile which would be an extra cost. We didn’t realize until after they left that the measurements they gave us only accounted for the width of our space. The measurement they gave us for the height did not reflect the size of our opening to the top of our backsplash. I didn’t need them them to come out just for that. So basically it was a waste of time.

I have a tight space for a stackable washer and dryer, so I had the measurements taken by a Best Buy expert. Now I am waiting for the installation. So, fingers crossed that the fit will be perfect!

Two guys came to “measure”.. One guy could not speak English at all and the second had major difficulty explaining anything and had to keep calling his office. Basically he measured from my tile to my counter and said I should buy the ADA American disability Act, shorter Dishwasher as it would fit for sure whereas the regular dishwasher may not. I asked if the regular height dishwashers legs could be lowered or what the minimum height possible was if the legs were lowered, but he could barely speak English, so that went nowhere. I have a tape measure and do not need two professionals to measure the height from my tiles to the bottom of my counter. When he left I was told that his office would call to explain everything and set up an order and delivery, no one ever called, surprise, surprise. What a waste of time with no information gained and no call back.

The 5 stars reflects my satisfaction with the fact that BestBuy offers this service and the professional and courteous manner in which BestBuy handled the transaction and resolved my issue from start to finish. The personnel who were performed the assessment under contract with BestBuy failed to meet minimum expectations of courtesy and professionalism. I would have rated the experience with 1 star but for the fact that I didn't want the rating to reflect negatively on BestBuy itself.

Great stove and microwave. The installation was very professional. Looks good in my kitchen.

No-show within the appointed time frame, I had to call and then they responded. Once here the service was good.

The two fellows who came to review the situation before the actual installation were knowledgeable and polite. No complaints. They assessed the job and did what they were sent out to do.

They were late but they called that they would be late. They did know what they were doing and explained everything clearly. They also let me make a photocopy of their findings. They came to measure the cook top stove, the built in oven, and the fan. They did open the paneling in an area to find the gas shut off valve and whether there was an electricity there (the old oven and stove have continual pilot lights). They did remove two screws to get the paneling to open and did not put the screws back. I noticed right after they left and went out to tell them but they had already gone. Then I realized that whoever installs the new oven will need to access that area anyway, so getting the two screws back in place can be done when the install is complete.

Fast and to the point .... Pleasure dealing with best buy for all my appliances and electronics. Always on time and professional. Men came out to measure for my appliances and we're in and out in minutes. Great job as always. Loving our new complete set of kitchen appliances

We're looking at a home remodel and, as a Total Tech, member reached out to the Geek Squad for a home consult. Two techs showed up and made suggestions we hadn't yet considered for a combined kitchenette and a home theater area. It's been less than 24 hours since the consult so we don't have specific product recommendations, but just the way the conversation when and the value add to our design ideas, we have no doubt it'll be a home run! The Geek Squad is great!

both ovens have been used and so far, both have preformed well.

Mike from HT Hook it Up did a great job both evaluating the work that would be needed to install the new wall oven, but he was hired to also do the work. It literally took 10 mins for installers because Mikes cutout and platform rebuild work was perfect

Unless you have super wide entry doors and a straight shot into the kitchen, use this service to see exactly what you can and can not fit into your doorways, My appt was between 8am and 12pm. He arrived at 830am, measured and straight up told me the limits on what I can get into my house.

While the guys were super nice, they seemed confused about really what to measure when they came by. I felt like I had to direct them and even had the measurements myself for them to verify the fridge would fit through the door. I would definitely recommend these guys for delivery but the whole measurement thing was a wasted appointment.

Ordered stove top range and hood. Guy came to survey and stated the hood was too big. Went to the store and upon investigation the dimensions were wrong on Best Buy site. Wasted trip. The guy at the store was intelligent and checked the vendor site.
