The stainless steel combination Microwave and oven fit our cabinets without modification. The microwave door opens vertically so we have a long reach into the appliance. That is not desirable but the unit was the only one available.

The in home service was set up quickly and had the measurements to order our oven wall unit and microwave. The employee was professional and helpful. Thank you Best Buy. With the correct measurements we ordered the correct size for our space. Not all wall ovens are the same size.

Good customer service from the technician and he knows his job very well.

Although the surveyor was an hour late out of the 6 hour appointment window and was very apologetic when he communicated wuth me on his arrival time.

Best Buy pre measure team came over to my residence and took all the necessary measurements professionally and very courteous. Install of new oven came out perfect. Highly recommend

Best Buy performed a site survey on 9/11/2024, measuring for a new appliance. After that, I received emails for Virtual Consultations both of which were inexplicably cancelled. I called to ask what's going on, and all calls and texts to date are not being returned.

This a warning for customers that will use the install (Viking 30 inch gas cooktop and Downdraft Feb. 2025) department. Best Buy outsources this to people that have no knowledge or license electrical etc. They arrived in a Enterprise rental truck. They tell you to get a license contractor. Best Buy takes your money upfront for install ($300 my case). I had someone from Best Buy come out for a site survey months before. They did a detailed measurements before I ordered my Viking Cooktop and downdraft. All they said was that I need a new gas valve and maybe some cuts in the granite. The Geek Squad said that the installer cannot do anything else for safety reasons.

The gentlemen that came out for the survey was very professional and did a great job of reviewing the site conditions and ensured that the right cooktop and microwave oven would fit the kitchen and meet our needs. I would whole heartedly recommend him and Best Buy for all of your appliance needs!

The in-home service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us how a 30" counter cooktop could be converted to a 36" cooktop without having to do a counter replacement . I would highly recommend this young man for the job.

Great tech. He was polite, knowledgeable and finished the work pretty fast.

Two appliance installers, Gary and Jamel, came and evaluated our kitchen for replacing old JennAir downdraft radiant cooktop with a new one. They are very professional and explained clearly all the details. There was no charge for their evaluation, unlike the installers for Lowes and Homedepot who charge for their evaluation.

Salesman was very good. However, still waiting for delivery...initially told it would be in February, then told it would be around 4/7... so obviously still waiting.

Technician visited site 10 days ago, to measure and recommend a replacement washer-dryer that would fit. After the visit nothing! No follow-up. No recommendation. No text. No email. Nothing. We don't exist. I pay Best Buy for their "Best Buy Total Membership" for which I get virtually nothing. I will not be renewing it, and I guess I will have to get my washer dryer from somebody else who wants to sell me one.

My Best Buy sales consultant, Jesse is amazing! He spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect washing machine. My new GE washer is awesome! Thanks Jesse and Best Buy for the professional service I received. Jesse also assisted me with a new TV that I will be buying next month. Thank you!

Gentleman was on time and professional. Stovetop is working great.

I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT job done by James Dotson, my installer! He first came with my new dishwasher, installed without an issue! While he was here, he measured and told me which additional appliances he could install, and what would be involved! With his re-assurance, I ordered 4 additional appliances and waited until HE was available to be my installer! Again, he did an EXCELLENT job!

The guys who showed up were timely and thorough. The only problem was i requested them to come and install the appliance, they didnt. The crew that showed were 2 hours late and had to fix the mess left by the refrigerator installers.

Love the cooktop. Took months to install. Installers were great!

Had to be rescheduled a couple of times, but date was eventually locked in and technician was on time.
