The Geek team that pre-measured my spaces and several days later installed my new fridge and my new gas oven range were on time, efficient, very helpful, careful, and addressed and resolved my questions and complications that arose with the installation in a considerate and responsible manner. I bought my appliances at Best Buy because of the great reputation of the Geek Squads and the vertical structure of the purchase, delivery, warranty, and repair system Best Buy offers. No subcontracting, so I can deal with Best Buy at every stage, while I own my appliances. I am happy to pass on that my experiences so far live up to the Best Buy reputation I read about before laying down my money.

I highly recommend this service to anyone in the market to update their kitchen appliances especially if they are being retrofitted in with existing cabinetry. Site inspection staff measured all areas, thus giving me the necessary information to purchase appliances that will fit my cabinets. I ran into issues with the depth of new cook top as well as the connection location, site inspection staff were knowledgeable and were able to provide viable options as well as quotes (best & worst case scenarios). In the end, they resolved my issues at a cost much less than their quote.

The gentlemen that came out for the survey was very professional and did a great job of reviewing the site conditions and ensured that the right cooktop and microwave oven would fit the kitchen and meet our needs. I would whole heartedly recommend him and Best Buy for all of your appliance needs!

Marc, at Best Buy in Dartmouth, MA was great. He knows the product line and determined that the new wall oven would fit perfectly. And it did!

The stainless steel combination Microwave and oven fit our cabinets without modification. The microwave door opens vertically so we have a long reach into the appliance. That is not desirable but the unit was the only one available.

I would have rated the service a 5 star However, I have not received a call back or a return call from Best Buy as to what size oven can be purchased using the vendors measurements. Everything was 5 star up until this point

Best Buy Sales staff is very up to date on the products they sell. Installation service third parties they use are professional and trained in the products they install. We are very pleased with Best Buy products and service,

Two appliance installers, Gary and Jamel, came and evaluated our kitchen for replacing old JennAir downdraft radiant cooktop with a new one. They are very professional and explained clearly all the details. There was no charge for their evaluation, unlike the installers for Lowes and Homedepot who charge for their evaluation.

The site survey was quick and easy. Assured us that the new refrigerator would fit in the allotted space. In and out in a few minutes.

I was impressed with the home consultation that Willy - the consultant- did. As a senior it’s important to me to find supportive resources. His measurements & advice help me to decide on a new refrigerator

This is a great service offered for free by Best Buy. We have had a negative experience in the past when buying a dishwasher that wouldn't fit under the counter, so it was reassuring to know that the cabinet could be made to fit the new double oven.

They came out to the house and were able to measure and give me options on all the possibilities. Able to answer all my questions. Excellent service. Other places like home depo were charging me to even come out to do measurement while best buy was free. 100% recommend!

Although the surveyor was an hour late out of the 6 hour appointment window and was very apologetic when he communicated wuth me on his arrival time.

The guys who showed up were timely and thorough. The only problem was i requested them to come and install the appliance, they didnt. The crew that showed were 2 hours late and had to fix the mess left by the refrigerator installers.

Had to be rescheduled a couple of times, but date was eventually locked in and technician was on time.
