I purchased a toilet tank seal. The seal installation was successful and the purchase was easy. The checkout lady was charming and helpful. She thanked me for my military service as I left.

Like the 5 burners and the middle big burner. The griddle is a nice extra touch.. Happy with the product so far.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Best Buy's oven installation service. They sent out two technicians to measure the oven cutout to ensure the new oven would fit. However, neither technician could tell me the cost of the adjustments needed after measuring the cutout. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to wait until the day of installation to find out the cost of necessary adjustments. When the technicians finally arrived, I was informed that it would cost $250 to make the adjustments, which felt like a bait and switch because I my only options were to pay or return the oven. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. Even though customer help with some of the installation cost, I’m still unhappy because I felt I was taken advantage of.

I scheduled this installation for my mother-in-law. She said one of the measurement people were really rude and also damaged our counter when measuring and immediately said well that’s a problem and it’s not ours. You’re gonna have to pay for that and then walked out the door the other person with him just apologized for his actions and they left, they gave me their number to fix the countertop but didn’t give me the measurements and no one from Best Buy followed up with me to tell them about this incident. They asked me if I wanted to confirm I wanted a callback and I said yes and they never called me back to address this issue or follow up on my measurement service to see if I wanted to move forward with the Purchase, it was very unprofessional and again they never reached out to make it right or help me with my purchase

Good and quick, too quick, not sure if they thoroughly checked everything.

Bought a cooktop and oven during the Black Friday sale and the staff that took care me suggested certain models that fit the measurements. Bestbuy even sent out a tech earlier to take measurements so I can get the right size appliances. The cooktop and oven came today and the team was professional with the installation. I'm happy with my purchase from Bestbuy that I would recommend to my friends to go to Bestbuy if they need to buy appliances.

Jon and Brian were very helpfull and knowledgeable. they were precise in their measurements and helped me pick out a cooktop that would fit in my kitchen. I highly recommend them.

Vendor very thourgh, answered all questions and provided cost estimate. Upon return for installation job done professionally and safely with excellent clean up within work timeline.

This would have gotten an excellent but for the price. So far it's been great. And wonderful to have the extra space in the kitchen and not have a microwave on the counter.

Consultant was very knowledgeable. Consultant took their time explaining various options for appliance.

The Geek Squad Tech that came to my house was fantastic. His name was Dan Hays. He worked very hard connecting all my devices. He made great suggestions and one was a new router which he had on his truck and connected all our devices. He was professional and we all were safe wearing our masks and keeping our distance. Our salesman Elex Caine set up a pre-site visit to make certain our new wall oven would work in the space we had available. It was worth the assurance that all was well. The space was measured and we were told exactly what to expect on the day of installation and what the extra cost for enlarging the hole would be. The installation went well and just as expected.

A technician visited and also completed the install which took close to 7 hours, but it came out perfect.
