Desktop w good memory and SSD was what I wanted and the form function is good the USB ports are easy to get to. I wanted it off the desk.

I need an exact side for a refrigerator and Best Buy afford to come by and measure the size of the fridge and space.

I scheduled this installation for my mother-in-law. She said one of the measurement people were really rude and also damaged our counter when measuring and immediately said well that’s a problem and it’s not ours. You’re gonna have to pay for that and then walked out the door the other person with him just apologized for his actions and they left, they gave me their number to fix the countertop but didn’t give me the measurements and no one from Best Buy followed up with me to tell them about this incident. They asked me if I wanted to confirm I wanted a callback and I said yes and they never called me back to address this issue or follow up on my measurement service to see if I wanted to move forward with the Purchase, it was very unprofessional and again they never reached out to make it right or help me with my purchase

I purchased a toilet tank seal. The seal installation was successful and the purchase was easy. The checkout lady was charming and helpful. She thanked me for my military service as I left.

I was scheduled for an oven install on a Tuesday and a pre-measure on Monday. Got called on Monday and was told the pre-measure was moved to Wednesday. Since that was a day after the install, I told them to forget it. The installers by the way were incredibly good.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Best Buy's oven installation service. They sent out two technicians to measure the oven cutout to ensure the new oven would fit. However, neither technician could tell me the cost of the adjustments needed after measuring the cutout. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to wait until the day of installation to find out the cost of necessary adjustments. When the technicians finally arrived, I was informed that it would cost $250 to make the adjustments, which felt like a bait and switch because I my only options were to pay or return the oven. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. Even though customer help with some of the installation cost, I’m still unhappy because I felt I was taken advantage of.

Pre-measuring team was very professional and did a great job remeasuring the existing built in microwave oven space. Same people did the installation and did a great job!

The Measurer was professional and knowledgeable. He left his measurements with me. This was good because Best Buy could not find them when we purchased our induction range. I also showed the Measurer the range we wanted to purchase. He correctly said it would fit.

On January 9, 2020, a site survey was done to insure the wall oven/microwave combo unit would fit. Also, it was determined what costs there might be to install the unit. Modification costs were given. There were no hidden costs or surprises. It was all out in the open. We felt the service person (Enrique) was fully competent and knew exactly what he was doing. It was also a plus for us to have this service done at no charge to us. Thank you!

Replaced an older GE refrigerator with the larger LG model. So far the LG machine is excellent.

Victor from Hawaii Unified Industries did a pre-delivery site survey before the actual delivery of our refrigerator. He was very professional and addressed all our concerns. As a result, we were well prepared for the delivery date.

Great experience! The two gentlemen called prior to arrival and showed up on time. Measurements were taken and area of installation evaluated. He explained venting may need alteration. Very courteous and answered all of my questions.

Jon and Brian were very helpfull and knowledgeable. they were precise in their measurements and helped me pick out a cooktop that would fit in my kitchen. I highly recommend them.

I didn't buy anything yet. I will be buying an electric range. Best Buy came out to measure (at no charge) My handyman is coming 3/29 to make the area larger so it will fit. Then I'll order it. So far I'm very impressed with the help I have received. I would not buy it anywhere else.

Vendor very thourgh, answered all questions and provided cost estimate. Upon return for installation job done professionally and safely with excellent clean up within work timeline.

Great electric cooktop heated real quick. Double ovens are AWESOME now can bake 2 things at once.

Delivery was on the time estimated. The delivery team were fantastic, hard working and friendly. Very clear on what the home owner needed to have ready for the delivery in order to install. Best Buy, you did good.

Installers did awesome job. They were on time and took care of the installation in timely manner
