So far refrigerator is all that I expected. I had for one week

Bought a cooktop and oven during the Black Friday sale and the staff that took care me suggested certain models that fit the measurements. Bestbuy even sent out a tech earlier to take measurements so I can get the right size appliances. The cooktop and oven came today and the team was professional with the installation. I'm happy with my purchase from Bestbuy that I would recommend to my friends to go to Bestbuy if they need to buy appliances.

Was quick and easy and the guy that came by and did it was knowledgeable.

Consultant was very knowledgeable. Consultant took their time explaining various options for appliance.

Our salesman Elex Caine set up a pre-site visit to make certain our new wall oven would work in the space we had available. It was worth the assurance that all was well. The space was measured and we were told exactly what to expect on the day of installation and what the extra cost for enlarging the hole would be. The installation went well and just as expected.

The Geek Squad Tech that came to my house was fantastic. His name was Dan Hays. He worked very hard connecting all my devices. He made great suggestions and one was a new router which he had on his truck and connected all our devices. He was professional and we all were safe wearing our masks and keeping our distance. Next time I have the Geek Squad to my house I probably will request Dan. Thank You very much. Terry and Barb Schuler

Very helpful to have this option to make sure our oven would fit appropriately in our space. Friendly and helpful technicians. Did need to leave a big window of time for their potential arrival time but they came within the window and were efficient.

This would have gotten an excellent but for the price. So far it's been great. And wonderful to have the extra space in the kitchen and not have a microwave on the counter.

Working with the salesman was great, Derek was very informative and accommodating. Members in store also very nice and provided great information. Reason for the one out of five stars is when they came out for measuring, they caused my oven to stop functioning and refused to fix it, outright denying they caused any issues despite it working perfectly before they touched it. Nightmare to get resolution from the claims department getting past back-and-forth between the subcontractors and bestbuy. I had to hire my own repairman, lay out of pocket for damages caused by their subcontractor. It ended up being disconnected wiring when they pulled the wall oven out to measure, but couldn’t have the common decency to A)acknowledge their mistake and apologize, actually blamed customers for not wanting to do their job as contractor, direct words “ this is why we don’t wanna touch anything when we come to peoples houses.” Well good luck being a co tractor who replaces, measured and fixes things, not touching things. Guy who came out said he did t do anything and wouldn’t help, didn’t even bother providing a number to call, only were able to get anything started because we contacted the original salesman who provided us the number to contact. However when we tried to contact that number they even declined to provide us help until after we already repaired it ourselves which was weeks later. Will not be buying my ovens from Best Buy now. Treat your customers right.

Consultant was prompt and very helpful with our questions. We look forward to returning to the store around the Fourth of July hoping for a sale on stoves.

Installers were prompt and courteous. Explained potential site problems and offered solutions to our great satisfaction. We hope they return when it is time to remove our old appliances install our new appliances. We did notice a couple of new scratches to our cabinet below our existing wall oven after they left. Knowing that moving the oven might cause damage helped us decide to refinish them after the installation.

A technician visited and also completed the install which took close to 7 hours, but it came out perfect.

Best But has never failed to deliver on time and with the best installers available. I've given others multiple chances and have always been disappointed. Not with Best Buy. You are my "go to" now and in the future!⁰

I didn't buy anything yet. I will be buying an electric range. Best Buy came out to measure (at no charge) My handyman is coming 3/29 to make the area larger so it will fit. Then I'll order it. So far I'm very impressed with the help I have received. I would not buy it anywhere else.

I recently bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator, dishwasher and range-hood microwave. I built a house 3 years ago and was given no choice on the kitchen appliances. Builders grade just doesn't cut it. I had service on the dishwasher several times and was very unhappy with it in particular. I love the new KitchenAids and would highly rcommend them. I did keep the original refrig and had it put in my garage, which has come in handy during the pandemic.
