    Not very helpful. We thought there would be more advice, not just measuring. He said someone would contact us but nobody did. We called back and left a message but did not get a call. We bought our new microwave and trim kit from Home Depot to save $50

    Good quality and easy to use. I would have preferred for the burners to be hotter, but it is adequate.

    Unfortunately the service person didn't send me a recommendation for a specific dryer to properly fit the space and that's the whole reason I called them since that's what the representative did at my other house. For this reason it was very disappointing.

    After an in-home consult, I wound up purchasing a new washer/dryer, oven/microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator and was very excited. However, upon my first installation (combined for the refrigerator and dishwasher), it wound up that the refrigerator size was too large and the geek squad was unable to install my dishwasher. From that I was required to find someone to cut into my cabinets to make the refrigerator fit and then hire a plumber to install my dishwasher - extremely disappointed since I thought the purpose of using in-home consulting was to ensure a seamless customer service. After paying out of pocket for that, I was then scheduled the following week for the washer and dryer to be installed. My laundry room is on the second floor and is directly above my kitchen. Upon the first cycle of the washer, my drain pan (thank god I had one) was overflowing. After contacting my in-home consultant, store, etc - I got no response. Forcing me again to hire a plumber and when they came to fix it, they said that the washer was not hooked up properly and that the fittings to the water line weren't tightened properly. Strike 2. Last but not least, I was scheduled to have my oven wall combo microwave pre-measured. Upon taking measurements, they said that there was significant custom trim that needed to be made and when I received a call from the store, there answer was that the in-home consultant yet again had the wrong measurements and recommended the wrong appliance. Upon my request to cancel my order as I have been significantly upset about my entire experience, I decided to give Best Buy one more opportunity. I wound up paying a bit more, but getting an oven wall set that better fits my cabinets - fingers crossed, but most likely never getting appliances from Best Buy again.

    Contractor pre-measure for oven, downdraft cooktop, and microwave install. Contractor provided estimated arrival time and confirmation days leading up to appointment. He arrived on time, was very friendly, answered all questions, and explained the install process for the following week.

    Site visit contractor was surprised that the double oven was still in the cabinet wall. He “couldn’t accurately measure the cut out area” for the new double oven to be installed. He said he was not informed that the cut out was still occupied by the current appliance. He thought the installation would be in new construction. Serious miscommunication including cancellation of the first scheduled appointment and a rescheduling error for the second site visit. Not a good process and series of events. Resulted in our decision to postpone future installation of the new double oven until we find someone who knows how to get the correct size and fit for the appliance.

    Mike my appliance technician did a Berry very professional good job. He took a picture before he took a picture after he cleaned Up as he was working I would highly recommend him for installment of all my appliances. Please keep him you Will keep me

    Doug was very patient with us picked out appliances installer came week later to measure 2 appliances would not fit so back to drawing board waiting for Doug or someone else to pick out appliances again

    The in home measurement was inaccurate. On delivery day, the cord wasn’t long enough to plug in. I was stuck with the double oven and no installation for 4 days. They couldn’t have cared less.

    Rick was on time and very knowledgeable. He assured me that there was no reason the upcoming installation should be problematical. He even left me a coupling to connect water, discharge lines of different diameters.

    Im confused. I thought the purpose of having them come out is to get measurements is to make sure purchase of new items (such as stove and wall oven) fit in existing space and communicate that with the store prior to delivery. They came out and measure space. I ask them for information however they said they could only give that information to there manager which would relay that to Best Buy and I would here something back. Well I didn't so I called to make sure all was well before deliver. So when scheduling delivery I ask will the new appliances fit in existing spaces because I never got a call back. He said because he could schedule the delivery very thing was ok. If new appliances didn't fit the measurements then it wouldn't allow him to schedule the deliver. Well that was exactly the case. Delivery people came and neither one of the appliance would fit the existing space. This was a total waste of time on all parties. a week later I still haven't heard back from Best Buy appliance department except a text message saying its time to schedule your delivery? What??? Break down in communication. Very frustrating.

    Great service by knowledgeable and professional employee. I go to Best Buy whenever I need appliances, TV, computer, etc. Always have what I need .. will continue to do so.

    I received excellent customer service, the appliance sales guy was able answer all our questions. Afterwards he connected me with someone to help me with my phone upgrade.

    I would highly recommend that anyone having an appliance installed also have a site survey/Pre-measure done before your appliance is delivered. I had a tight fit and if I had requested one from the point of purchase a lot of issues that came up at delivery never would have happened. I will always request one in the futurre.
