On time, professional, and was completed promptly. When oven arrived there were no problems with the fit.

Quickly, efficiently and accurately, tech team measured each space allocated for new appliances. They even took the extra step of disconnecting the downdraft motor from my old oven and carted it away.

From the salesman to the installers, everyone was professional, polite and patient. The salesman (Nick), representative (Tim) and installers (Rob and Craig) were extremely helpful.

I would highly recommend that anyone having an appliance installed also have a site survey/Pre-measure done before your appliance is delivered. I had a tight fit and if I had requested one from the point of purchase a lot of issues that came up at delivery never would have happened. I will always request one in the futurre.

I thought I had the premeasure down, but, the Site Survey found one other detail I had missed that helped with the installation the next day.

Great delivery and set up. The old refrigerator was removed and the two men did exactly as the Best Buy representative said would they would do.

Two separate measure had to be made. First indicated that desired cook top would not fit. Second measure for a different cook top was approved.

The two men came out to make sure that we would not have any conflict. They assured us that the new unit would fit. They were correct.

Always a good idea to use them when u need some accurate measurements

Hey came out he was nice. I called him to follow-up with my purchase. He was supposed to call me back. I'm still waiting.

The gentleman that came to pre-measure my cutout for a wall-oven replacement was punctual, professional, and very thorough. He pulled out the current wall oven and measured the cutout, the current wall oven, the trim pieces around the wall oven, and everything else in between. I believe he even measured twice to double check his findings to make sure they were accurate.

Excellent product support and help answering our concerns

I was having difficulties in getting the measurements correct for the refrigerator I wanted to purchase. Everyone who measure came up with slightly different measurements. This technician came up with correct measurements and helpful hints with the product installation. Dorothy James

The information that comes with the product is very limited in explaining how the appliance works. The instructions are very difficult to follow and limited in the explanation.

This was the best part of my appliance purchase. It was quick and simple. I would recommend them
