Bought a GE Cafe oven and microwave combo and the matching cooktop. So far, everything is fine. Still learning all the details on what he does.

Sean came out to pre-measure for installation into a brick lined cut out in ourkitchen wall, and confirmed that all measurements were correct. Then we got a follow-up message saying that Best Buy will not install in a brick opening, leaving us to do it ourselves. Which we did, and it went inand hooked up easily. I'm not impressed by Best Buy's so called professional installers.

The 1st established appointment -- no one showed up -- so, of course, the order was cancelled. We then had to set up another order/appointment. Jacob, the employee of the 3rd party associate, was so kind, informative, and nice. He did a great job.

Love our new Kitchen Aid double ovens and microwave. Great looking and very functional!

Bad customer service with no respect for their customers.. Best Buy is the worst company to deal with. No professionalism at all.. I have an order with them since October last year.. not back order stuff because since I bought item, it was available to be delivered.. since there every week I was scheduled to have my delivery.. every day before the day of the delivery the send me message to reschedule.. I called even talked to a manager they confirmed it will never happen again.. unfortunately same thing every week until January 2024, when the last person I spoke to told me to cancel my order.. I never think they can waist my time every week like that and tell me after to cancel my order.. This is the worst customer service I never had… never and never again… and everywhere I will share that experience I have with you, Guys.. trust me.

The item I got is on back order, I will review once it’s installed , the process was great and everyone was patient . I have total tech so there is a warranty and installation is free

Before my appointment I received a phone call from one of the gentleman coming to measure. He explained that my house was a new build and I did not need the measurement. I had to insist that I would like the service that I requested because my husband and I had specific questions. The gentleman ( I’m being nice) decide for himself I did not need the service I requested and did not come. Thankfully his coworker that was with him did show and answered all of our questions. At least one of the employees is committed to their job. Which is nice to see and getting more rare every day.

Very happy with the overall quality. Lots of freezer room. Very well lit inside.

The appliance is excellent, It just took a long time to get it delivered and installed.

I still do not have an oven installed. The first time there was a measurement, the guys measured. the install guys came and said the oven would not fit. A second measurement was done and documented what was needed. The guys came to install and had no documentation. there is clearly a gap in communication that Best Buy is responsible to relaying to the multiple contractors. This has been a train wreck. For the record every contractor that has come has been excellent, polite and professional. Best Buy is not setting them up to succeed.

It was nice it was the same person who does installation is the one who does the site survey. He knew exactly how the new oven would fit in the old space and what needed to be done by us to get it to fit, such as minor carpentry adjustments along bottom, and where to put an electrical box and what's required for that. Friendly, knowledgeable person, and good installer. I'd recommend this free service.

Person, Xavier, was excellent in describing what will be done and how to prepare. Measured to assure fitting of new oven, looked at power line, etc.

Didnt go as planned but it worked out Was too big but once our guy got it measured on alternate location we Were happy

Service at Best Buy as outstanding. I was very impressed with the efficiency of salesman Mario when purchasing my new wall oven at your Antioch location. Also the 2 men who came to measure were very polite.

Jake and his crew with Lonestar Appliance Installation did site inspection - so impressed with him and his team, we requested him specifically to return to do the installation.

I purchased a new MacBook Air and had tech support to transfer the files from the old computer to the new one. I had excellent communication and appreciated the ability to check on the progress. All the Best Buy staff that I used were terrific in the process. I really appreciated their support and knowledge. Thanks!
