I was very pleased with the knowledgeable young man, Carlos, that came to measure for my new Kitchen Aide cooktop.

I have never left a bad review with Best Buy until now. I have used in home services before, with positive results. Not this time - it was all negative. Never was contacted for a in home consult. The persons who came to the measurements were deliverymen/installers?, that was uninformed about what was needed. Supposedly, the measurements were forwarded to Best Buy for purchase. I was told Best Buy would be contacting me about this. That was on Wednesday January 17th. Nothing but crickets, radio silence- have heard a word, and still waiting. I will take matters in my own hand with an in-store visit sometime during the second week of February. This is unfortunate.

So, had this scheduled after purchasing a fridge that didn’t fit. First, a guy called the day before asking at the last minute could he come because the guy who is SUPPOSED to do it didn't want to drive that far....no...stick to the schedule. Next day (original day of appointment)...this guy shows up in slippers like he just got out of bed...took the measurements and told me someone would be in touch. Never heard from anyone...went on BestBuy.com and purchased a different fridge for a 11/10 delivery. Two days before the delivery, they canceled my delivery and said they couldn't come back out until 11/20...purchased my fridge from HomeDepot.com that night and they delivered on 11/10...fast delivery...no excuses.

I love my breville smart toaster oven...It is so convenient i rarely use my stove..excellent purchase

Absolutely terrible - you cancelled my first appt without telling me - I drove 300 miles round trip for the appt,. and they never showed up for the second appointment the following Tuesday - your installers said they came but I was out on the driveway waiting for them and they never showed although they told someone they did - We have a gate and the gate said they never came all day and we have a camera and there is no record of a Best Buy truck - I would never trust you in my home again!

The gentlemen that came out to premeasure my double oven replacement were friendly and patient with me. They had to pull out my existing oven and make their own "behind the scenes" measurements. What a great idea Best Buy! I knew my subsequent installation would go on flawlessly and it did!

How can you request review of product and offer points when we are not able to get paid for product until November 2021

Appliance site survey was arranged easily and provided us the information we needed to plan and prepare the installation of our new wall oven which has different dimensions than our previous wall oven combo

Measurement team arrived as scheduled with full protocol in place. They worked quickly and accurately to get all necessary dimensions. They were polite and cleaned the area around the washer and dryer.

Service was done by someone from an hour away and was very kind and attentive to my needs. Satisfied.

Technicians did an excellent job measuring and recommending an electrical upgrade prior to purchasing the oven/microwave unit so that I would not run into problems when the unit is ordered and ready to be installed.

Jorge came by to check if our space was suited for an LG washer /dryer unit. He was informative and professional.

Someone came on 4/6, but that person scheduled the Site Survey for April 21, 2022. That's when it happened. The technician made measurements and wrote down the names of the required hoses and other connections so that I could purchase them, Longer hoses and connections will allow me to turn the washer/dryer by 90 degrees, thus regaining needed storage. I never heard back from anyone at Best Buy about his report, and when I called, I was continually put on hold and then disconnected about fifteen minutes in. I am still not sure that anyone at BB can help me. The last person I spoke with told me that BB doesn't do plumbing. Not what I'm asking for.

Geek Squad measured my current cutout for a new cooktop. What an excellent service provided by Best Buy. I didn’t have to guess what size to order or risk pulling my old cooktop out to measure. As always, the Geek Squad employee was in time, friendly and efficient.

I wasn't sure of the exact dimensions of my current wall oven. But because it was such an old unit, I was concerned about the new one fitting perfectly. The guy came out to measure was very professional and was out of my hair in minutes with the measurements he needed!

The Samsung refrigerator is great, everything is everything no problems at all. Having the freezer on the bottom takes away the worry of my father who is 83 oh hitting his when he raises up from looking in the fridge.
