They said I needed an electrician, granite counter modifications as well as HVAC alterations. NEVER even opened the boxes!. I think Best Buy knows you do not have qualified installers as the website now says “installation” unavailable. VERY disappointing experience. It took me weeks to find someone to do the installation. No one at Best Buy offered any help with the situation. Not sure any future appliance purchases will be made at Best Buy. Happy with the product but not installation.
