A week past I called to see what was going on, customer person told me I was supposed to call( poor customer service, the company sent me a damaged item after I paid for the item, Best Buy should be calling me after a mistake on your part. I have brought an oven, exercise bike , exhaust fan, Tv big ticket item and this how u treat your customer this way?) for my troubles I got 36 dollars off a 450. 00 item. So it’s one
