    The new units, return and exchanged, had multiple issues and flaws. Installers not knowledgeable in product and installation. I should have kept my old unit and had repaired. This would have been the cheaper option. On the first delivery, the installers cut cord from old unit when removed (per procedure) so they could not put back my old unit. The cord should not be cut until everyone confirms new unit is working properly and has no issues.
