    Get Best Warranty for your Appliance

    Hard to reach the right person at Best Buy if you have product issues and had to go through numerous phone calls for any success. Please be sure to get the best product warranty you can for your appliance.

    After a 5 month ordeal (initiated 8/2020 and concluded 1/2021) with the worst customer service imaginable, cancellation after cancellation, and previous incompetent installers, we finally got Best Buy to send out a good crew who successfully removed their previous install failure and installed a new, undamaged, wall oven. The final crew did their job very well and only they specifically deserve a 5-star, but BestBuy and it's customer service as a whole deserve Zero stars.

    HORRIBLE service, I am working with the state of MI attorney General about your service situation, regarding my experience with you. How many times did you change the appointment? How many times have you left the cooktop in a Fire Hazard situation in My home, especially the one that happened last year before Thanks Giving night How many times we had to call the store in Ann Arbor and the 800 Number?

    Lots of problems ordering a ice maker that had great reviews - but came incomplete - so we ordered a door that never came. Countless calls about our door being delivered but delivery man never had it on his truck

    The initial visit taught me what was needed. The technician was not trained or equipped to properly uninstall the Viking built in refrigerator. I completed the task after seeing the technician fail.

    I was little dissatisfied with this service as it was missed in all of our appliances. Not a complete mistake of installer guys but they were also not patiet and were little rude.

    Purchased 8 appliances and took 3 months to install. Had to replace vent 3 times and had to settle for a gift card to keep 2nd replacement. This item was a microwave wall unit with trim kit. Trouble setting up schedule to install, found out wrong trim kit ordered. Delayed again. very bad experience. No recommendations from me on services by Best Buy.

    Well, it took several months, and 3 failed scheduling attempts, to get this item returned. Upon return, the credit did not hit my CC account after 2 weeks. Once I called was told it will take another 7 - 10 days. Very poor customer service and response form someone who has traditionally spent a lot of money at Best Buy. The purchase date is also incorrect, as the item was originally purchased in Feb/March

    I originally purchased an oven that we discovered was damaged. I called to get a replacement oven, but the order was changed to a return. On the day I thought I was going to get my oven replaced, I discovered they were coming to pick it up. When I called customer service to fix the problem, I spoke with two people with very poor command of the English language. The result is I really don’t know if my oven will be replaced, or not. I’m supposed to be notified by email within 24-48 hours.
