    I've been waiting for 3 months and have been scheduled for 8 different appointments and my cooktop still isn't replaced. I have had to take off from work to wait all day on techs that no showed, lied, or didn't know how to complete the service. This service is a bad joke. I'd give a 0 star if it were an option.

    kept getting MULTIPLE emails and tests to prep for install between 7 am and 7 pm. Received call at 745 am that they were not able to install item, JUST DELIVER IT!! not happy took off work ALL day for nothing

    I was told by three people they would uninstall the until & re-install my old one to then take the day off of work & have no one show up & someone call 5 minutes before the end of the window to say they aren’t coming because they weren’t sure I wanted to be left stranded without a connected sink.

    Never done. New appliance delivered and taken away because no one was sent to remove old appliance and install new replacement. Waited 6weeks for this. Never received a phone call as promised. Since I have called 2 times without a resolution or a promised return call. Overall extremely disappointed with Best Buy. This is the second appliance I have encountered terrible services

    installation team was not professional or courteous. they took shortcuts in the installation and told me I was picky when I noticed that they had not removed the packing material before installing the vent hood. recently I noticed that the exhaust was venting into the cabinet.

    I had to reschedule 2 times. They showed up at a time different than that scheduled. I traveled 100 miles to be there on time and then they arrive 3 hours early

    After two installations of damaged items, had to make numerous phone calls to receive a full refund. I will absolutely NEVER purchase an appliance at Best Buy that requires installation.

    Almost a month later and I still don’t have my replacement appliance because of mix-ups I had nothing to do with. I have spoken with now a dozen different Geek Squad or other specialists. So ridiculous!!!

    It didn't happen. Got a call 15 minutes before window for service that new oven was smashed. Crazy it got loaded on truck but no one was aware it was destroyed.

    They messed up the installation so badly. I went to cook and there was sparks flying everywhere in the house. Thank God the circuit breaker went off.

    serious problems with sub contracted best buy installer who had no understanding of how to completely install a wall oven. They had to come back a second time and still did not get it 100% right. Best Buy did try to make me happy and ultimately did

    This is the second wall oven. The first one leaked condensation. This has NO insulation! It cools down by 30’ when I open it to put in a second batch of cookies. They turn out like biscuits!

    Terrible service overall. Had them come out to install all new appliances just to find out one of them they did correctly. Im currently one 3 visits in 3 weeks with no fix still.

    I can’t review my order I still don’t have my microwave. After waiting 3 months for it to come in it was wrong size. The guy measured it wrong. Now waiting 2 more months for the right one to come in!!
