Product works as designed however shipping team sent me 2 defective appliances, and was delayed on my install process.

The installers were wonderful! They were able to quickly and efficiently hook up the gas cooktop. They were the only installers that could handle this installation. I can’t say enough about how good they were!

Company hired to come and remove a damaged appliance was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my kitchen floor was scratched in the process, which led to the 4 star rating.

The Best Buy Service was great but being a loyal Insinkerator purchaser for many years, it took 3 tries to get a new garbage disposal without any defects. The first installed disposal wasn't tested by installers after it was set up and when I tried it found that it wasn't finished on the inside bottom. The 2nd one the installer found a leak and the third was a charm. Would only recommend the item if you are willing to have 6 appointments.

The uninstallwent a lot betterthan the original install which was a disaster The install went perfectly. This team actually k ew what they were doing.

The vent hood was uninstalled by an outside company since Best Buy could not find some who was capable of doing it!!!! The guys who came for pick up were on time, courteous and quick.
