They are fine for haul away, but AVOID installs

Delivered on 5/18 and one of the three appliances I had delivered with prepaid installation remains in a box on my family room floor. They had no idea how to do the install. DO NOT USE BEST BUY FOR INSTALLATION

They were able to quickly and efficiently hook up the gas cooktop. They were the only installers that could handle this installation. I can’t say enough about how good they were!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my kitchen floor was scratched in the process, which led to the 4 star rating.

Garbage Disposal

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Best Buy Service was great but being a loyal Insinkerator purchaser for many years, it took 3 tries to get a new garbage disposal without any defects. The first installed disposal wasn't tested by installers after it was set up and when I tried it found that it wasn't finished on the inside bottom. The 2nd one the installer found a leak and the third was a charm. Would only recommend the item if you are willing to have 6 appointments.

ZEPHYR VENT HOOD

The guys who came for pick up were on time, courteous and quick.
