Original oven was damaged during delivery (glass broken), and while it took some time to get the replacement, all went well getting the new oven installed.

The installer they sent arrived in a bad mood and in a hurry, left the kitchen installed but without connecting saying that the new kitchen was bad and told me that I had to request the change for a new one. They waited up to an hour for bestbuy to answer the phone to give me the case number 244289605, after leaving me without a kitchen for 5 days (since they disconnected the previous one that worked) they were supposed to make the change, but it turns out that he only connected the one I originally wore and worked; DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES, as the first kitchen they sent was supposed to be good. Be careful with these types of installers who lie leaving a customer without a kitchen and wasting my time for 5 days to request a change that was not necessary and that simply did not want to finish the installation. The installer claims that there was no elevator reserved, but the reality is that he did not have proof of insurance and that is why they rejected his entrance, (who does not know that brickell condos require insurance to enter?), That bothered him and left us without a kitchen us and hurt bestbuy by asking for a new kitchen that was not necessary. For my part, the last time I buy online at bestbuy. I recommend that you investigate this case, I am on order 954 9059701 but only in Spanish.

The crew that installed also "un-installed" my old appliances...they were very considerate and CLEAN!! That's very important to me, and they did a great job!

Haul away went smoothly. No damage to walls or anything. And it is only one haul away fee of $30 for all the appliances on the same order.

The crew were very knowledgeable and was able to uninstall my 30” Combination Double Electric Convection Oven with microwave built-in without any problems.

They came and did what they were supposed to do even during a snow storm. Delivery period for ordered items was 6 months.

Pick up and delivery was on time. Care was taken to make sure that problems did not exist.

The delivery crew were in and out, they dropped off the new ovens and the wait time was great, no back order

They came and removed the ice maker they installed thst never worked Stripped the water line which caused a leak and damage in the room requiring plumber to be called for 150 dollars
