    Got an ssd for storage. When matching performance between a dock station or the cable, the cable preformed faster with less delay.

    My computer went dead - but my hard disc was still working. With SATA cable I transferred all my files to another disc. Priceless!

    bought a Samsung SDD and bought this with it and it works great. Disk is not even needed if you could get software online

    Used the cable to format a new SSD for my MacBook Pro. Worked like a charm. Didn't need to use the software. I also used the cable to connect the old HD and erase it.

    Got a new Samsung SSD and the clone software that came with the unit would not complete. Read up on the Apricorn and it seemed to have good reviews. Made the buy and it worked great.
