    This is bad the program that came with it was slow and made my computer lag and when it did work it wouldnt recognize my evo 860 drive to transfer so i just got the free program from samsung and that worked fine

    I have mixed reviews on this item. It's packaged all over stating no return if opened. What they don't tell you for a Mac is they want you to buy another program that works with the Mac. I skipped using the actual software and used Time Machine to transfer the data to the new hard drive.
