    I tried using this on my desktop hard drive that I was trying to copy. Best Buy did not have what I needed and the salesrep said this would work just fine. Well I got all kinds of errors when I tried to use it. I gave it to a friend so that he could use it on his laptop. Haven't heard from my friend on well that went.
