    Purchased this along with an ssd upgrade for my laptop. The device failed to connect to the ssd. Contacted there support team who did respond but provided very little help except to offer an exchange if I sent the item back to them. I returned the item to the store for a refund. Will not buy on ever again.

    The BestBuy salesman said this is what they have in stock. When I went back home, I saw that the box did not say Windows 10. I saw others had issues with Windows 10 compatibility, so I simply returned the item based on those reviews.
