Necessary for installing SSD

Didn't work and couldn't return after opening box

Now I'm stuck.

Poor packaging description

I hope that I can return it (despite the sticker that says it cannot be returned after opening). I wish the packaging mentioned that it did not work for 3.5 drives.

The software that came with is nearly useless.
