SAVED MY LIFE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So the screen to my old laptop cracked internally and I had to purchase a new one. I had my entire life on my old laptop, and desperately needed to transfer EVERYTHING from it to my new one. Just as others said, you can have all of your data transferred in a matter of seconds!!! I simply retrieved the hard drive from my old computer, connected it to the data transfer cable, connected them both to my new laptop, and in seconds, my new laptop recognized them both and gave me the option to open the folder that contained EVERYTHING! I do not think I had to use the Apricorn download/CD either. I couldn't use the CD anyway because my new computer does not have a CD-ROM, so I was told to download the app from their website. But I do not think I needed it. Anyway, great product for 19.99, and this price was WAY BETTER than paying 160 to have someone else do it and browse through all of my documents and pics!!!

On packaging it states you cannot return if seal is broken.

Disappointed

I could not get it to work. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Cox Communication and NETGEAR customer support. Cox could not trouble shoot the issues and NETGEAR support disconnected the call from somewhere in India.
