Good product for the money. Exactly what I needed when I thought my hard drive went bad.

Nice to be able to pick this up locally. USB 3.0 transfer rate is awesome.

Easy and flawless transfer. Have used it multiple times with no errors. Moved from a HDD to 2.5 sata, and then later to NVME with no errors, great piece of software, and a good addition to a technicians repertoire

Makes cloning a breeze, doesn't require drive sizes to match. I have used this with multiple 2.5 HDDs and SSDs with no issues. It works as well as the propriatary Samsung data migration tool in my opinion.

AS mentioned in a previous review I had to add another drive to my computer, I am sold on SSD drivers. I had 120give drive for my system drive which was getting full, and 250 give drive that I wanted to use for my system drive and I just bought a new 250 gig drive that I wanted to use as a data drive. I used the clone option on the software that came with it and copied the data from the data to the new drive, and then copied the system drive to my previous data drive. It was able to copy all the data and I was to be up and running in much less time than I had imagined. 100+ give in less than our each was more than I had hoped for. I have spent days reinstalling the OS and software swapping out drives before and since this was able to clone and transfer everything over I was impressed. Only thing I thought was odd was it did not transfer the .ost files and I setup my Outlook accounts that I have linking to gmail accounts. No big deal though.

At the time I bought it, the included software was not certified as Win10 compatible, but I was able to use the unit fine with another mfg software. I think the software has since been updated, but check that if you need that feature.

I works exactly as advertised. I had absolutely no issues using the software. I didn't even need the disk. I just went to the product website and downloaded the software that way and it was super easy to use. The cable even doubles as a SATA to USB3.0 for other devices that require it.

The kit has both a interface Santa cable as well as software to clone and copy the orginal disk. The cable works superb. The software fails to clone a Windows 10 drive in a HP elite laptop. If you only need the interface cable is a good purchase but not if you need to clone the disk.

I bought this cable and software to transfer data from a standard drive to a replacement SSD. I had upgraded the software on line and had issues with the display of the program. It did work though and I completed my copy project.

I used it to transfer data from an old hard drive to a new flash drive and it worked great and fast!

While being a little slow and dependent on the included cable, this works like a charm. Makes moving data from a computer to a new drive almost effortless. Small price to pay for such a predictable device.

I have a few of these that I always keep with me. Anytime I have a laptop with a problem I can replace the hard drive and start the rebuild process while using this device to get the files off the original hard drive. These works perfectly with all drives I've used.

I had some old laptop hard drives sitting in my desk and wanted to see what was on them. Went to BB and was shown this product. Kinda expensive, but definitely worth it. Easy setup too!! Install the drivers provided on a CD, then plug it in and it opens just like a flash drive.

This disk and cable makes cloning your existing drive to your SSD super easy. It even tells you how long the cloning process will take. I kicked it off the process before going to bed and woke up the next morning and the job was done. Get this, you will thank yourself later.

I am tech-savvy. I was not at all intimidated to clone my hard drive the old fashioned way. Couldn't find the cable so I went to best buy and purchased this. Headache free. would recommend. super easy.

I bought this cable to install a Samsung SSD into my laptop. The cable worked great with no data errors while cloning the original HD to the new SSD. I did not use the software that comes with this kit as the Samsung SSD had it's own software that I though would be better to use.

I pulled several small gig hard drives from old computers. I only wanted to transfer the files to my new storage device. Instead of buying a hard drive case, this cable worked perfect. I got the info off and destroyed the hard drives.

Do you have a laptop that doesn't work, and you still have data on it that you need transferred to a new one? By one of these. Just be sure you know that your last computer didn't have any viruses on it so you don't transfer those over too.

This is by far the most often used tool in my collection. Makes data cloning and transfers effertless.
