    Its good for a data cable but the CD you get with this adapter is basically useless. However I did buy it just for the data cable to hook up and extra HD for files so works well for that. As for transferring your data get another program to do that. It is plug and play for that

    It only works only on 2.5 drives. This doesn't provide enough power for 3.5' drives.
