I bought this, it was a great price and was a good deal if you only consider the cost of the cable. But pay attention to the version of windows it supports. It does not support Windows 10.

This is the good product for laptop hard disk cloning Indy to convert to SATA International drive to a external drive. I have done my hard disk cloning using this product to SSD for my old Sony VAIO laptop, it works very well as expected.

I've been using this product for years and has saved me tons of time by copying my OS to new drive. Great way to swap or just backup your data. I'm also able to see what's on the drive itself and extract data without booting into the OS.

it did what i wanted it to do well worth the money

with most hardrives being sata now this will be the only cable you'll need unlike my previous one that had ide connectors. a lot less to carry around and the ez gig software is a lot faster to clone a drive than other software ive used.

Excellent - Easiest Way to get Data off Hard Drive

I had a crash on my old laptop and needed the data retrieved into a new laptop. This device was great, works with laptop SATA drives and you can query the old drive and select what you need. Was a great relief at tax time since my old files were stored there.

This transfer cord did all I needed it to do. ....

This product is working, but the file in the CD does not work for Mac... And I can purchase a cheaper cable if I can just download the data transfer software online..... And this item is not returnable once package is opened.........

this roku stick is my favorite roku so far. I've purchased 4 so far. I actually give them as gifts to family who don't know the pleasure of streaming. I needed to replace an older model. It was too slow. I've enjoyed the voice search. It's new for me.

This particular cloning adaptor is by far the easiest, most efficient and most straight forward 2.5" drive cloning device & software I have used in the last 10 years. Highly recommend it if you want a quick accurate and reliable cloning device. Only thing missing is a 12v SATA power adaptor so 3.5" drives could be cloned.

Cable works fine. However; be warned this product doesn’t work with windows 10.

Software that came with transfer cable was simple and it worked great. Only issue was when I went into Best Buy to see if they carried such a device, clerk working the floor told me they don't carry the item. I kept looking around and found the item myself.

This is an amazing deal if you need to clone a drive for an upgrade. The software and cable were both extremely fast at cloning the drive and the $30 price tag was wallet friendly too.

There is no software included, they refer you to websites to get transfer software. Seemed a bit shady. The site the referred worked and the cable transferee 500gb in about 3 hours.

The Apricorn Data Transfer Cable and migration software disk made installing a SSD drive in my 2 yr old Dell 20 inch all in one touch screen computer a breeze. Cloned old hard drive on to new ssd perfectly, windows 10. Improved computer speeds greatly. Would highly recommend!!

I needed this cable to load an OS on a fresh SSD for a new computer build. This did the job! It also came with a CD with software to use, which i didn't need. I'll hang on to it but I don't imagine I'll use it. Plenty of simple and good software available online to use.
