Without the attachments, the trimmer was...decent. I was able to trim fairly close to the skin with minimal irritation. However, once the attachments came into play, it ended in failure. The 3/4" attachment did its job, but after I removed it...the blade no longer did its job. It literally broke after my first beard trim.

Best Buy sent a disgusting used one! Hair Covered!

It's clearly visible through the packaging 'window.' I didn't even need to open it to see how disgusting it was. This seems to have been a problem for others too. Very disappointed in Best Buy's ability to handle new vs used products in their inventory, even with it being a known issue taking place for months!

It is very underpowered for bigger jobs. The battery completely died and won't even charge. Would not recommend.
