Awkward to use, the body is too thick which makes it anoying to hold and move it around. Concern about reservoir and keeping it clean since its enclosed.

Love it. It's very convenience as well as very useful.

I have enjoyed this wayer flosser since i bought it but recently there have been issues with it turnung on and not turning back off. It has haopened by itself and made a mess in my bathroom

Doesn’t work after 4 months. Just sprays water everywhere. So disappointed!

Unit stopped charging after a couple months. Aquasonic issued a replacement. After 1 month of use the replacement unit stopped charging. Will go back to a Waterpik.

The charging cord is short and inconvenient. The instructions indicate that one should change tips every 6 months. Only 4 nozzles are provided. Poor design in general. Hard to keep dry after use.

Super disappointing…..prior owner of a cordless Water Pik, and sorry I didn’t invest in another instead! Tip will not stay fixed, and it spins around!

It's clunky, but the real issue is the company. After one month, the thing died and wouldn't charge. Aquasonic's customer "service" was maddening. and ultimately useless. So I have a non-working flosser, it's beyond Best Buy's return date, and Aquasonic won't honor their warranty. Don't waste your money.

Water comes out top where attachments connect. Hate using because of this.

The product got broken just after 2 months. I contacted the Best Buy online, and I was told to be physically in store to exchange it or repair it. When I was in store, the staff told me they couldn’t do anything, and I had to contact the manufacturer. Terrible experience!

A good water flosser with strong pressure, but it stopped working after six weeks. I contacted AquaSonic and they sent me a replacement (a lesser model) and that one too, stopped working after 6 weeks. Avoid these water flossers.

The battery does not seem to hold a charge, and it works intermittently. It is not dependable. If I could return it, I would.

Terrible. Way over priced. Wanted to replace my less expensive flosser & this was a disappointment. Doesn’t loosen debris, made gums bleed. Bad all the way around

This flosser does a great job - happy with the various modes and settings. The new tips - especially the tongue scrapper is nice to have. I really like the water fill tank, and the added ability to take the entire bottom off to let it dry out after use. Long battery life, have not had to recharge it yet.

Amazing product and long battery life I will highly recommended by from Best Buy.
