I am having issues the 2nd time since I bought it from Best Buy. It will function properly for about 4 months then it will malfunction such as turn on randomly at the middle of the night. I had a free replacement within the 1 year warranty previously. Then it is having the same problem after 4 months. Also, the replacement brush heads are expensive, $20 plus for 4 brush heads shipped to your home. In conclusion, do NOT buy it.

Worst Quality Electric Toothbrush I've owned....

After 1 month of use, the bristles are coming out in clumps -- and I have to spend an extra few minutes at bed time removing bristles from between my teeth. Very disappointed in Aquasonic and Best Buy since I expect quality from a daily use device like this. I suggest that you avoid this product and look for better options.
