Buyer Beware!!!!!!

I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan and so far we have been getting the runaround, meaning we call one number and keep getting told we need to call another number. I looked up Arcade1up online to report a warranty claim, it keeps erroring out on creating an account to start a claim! At this point we are going to have to load the game up and take it to the store. Note; we tried to set up haul-away with geek squad and that didn’t work either. Buyer beware!!! I will update this review upon visiting the store in person.

We have purchased 3 other Arcade 1 Up games and have had great luck. This one was awesome out of the box and was a friend favorite for 5 months. Now unit won’t power up. Have tried all solutions. Support says it’s outside the 90 day warranty and there’s nothing they can do. Well that was a quick $600, never again !!

Glitchy and freezing game

The arcade 1 up support is a bot that has been unresponsive in getting anything fixed. We can’t even play it without it freezing. Maybe Best Buy can back up the purchase?
