Fantastic Arcade 1up Cabinet. Would recommend. Best Buy keeps these off the show floor so mine came undamaged. Great product!

Fast shipping!!! My husband loves this game, perfect for his man cave. Definitely worth every penny.

Overall after having three weeks of having the cabinet it's been a great experience especially playing online with a little to no hiccups. My only issues are 1) It took me a good three to four hours to set up this may vary depending on your skill level and how much time you have to set it up 2) personally my cabinet came with a broken button that didn't work. Because I'm not text Savvy when it comes to buttons on an arcade machine I had to dismantle and send it back as a result. Luckily customer service was a great help and set me a new cabinet within a week of the old one Outside of those issues I'm having a great time and out of all the Arcade1up cabinets I would definitely recommend this one the most especially for that added replay value of having Wi-Fi to play against people online

What a deal! Endless fun and the new update corrected the speed issues from the last update. A must have arcade classic.

This cabinet brings back all the childhood memories of having tournaments at the local candy store (Tracy’s) that just so happened to have NBA JAM. Only problem is, out of the box Player four’s (4) joystick did not work properly. Once the seal was broken, I couldn’t exchange it at my local BeatBuy or even send it back. I contacted Arcade1up via email and they told me that I needed to unscrew the control board to check to see if the wires for the joystick were connected properly. I informed them that I was uncomfortable unscrewing a part of the cabinet that I never touched during the assemble process. I received a follow up email stating that a new joystick would be ship out to me. The cabinet was brand new and the part that wasn’t/isn’t working properly shipped that way. Fortunately the player four joystick isn’t used often. For $539.86, I feel that all parts should work properly. All of that being said, my son and I love the game and we are making new childhood memories for him.

Very fun and nostalgic! Definitely would buy another game like this! Quality is excellent and very affordable for kids if fun!

It is exactly what it says it is. Your own personal arcade game. It's not fill size but it's still big. Perfect for a game room!

the game is graphically associated with the sega style game.... which is awsome! Simple fun to share with a newer generation!

First thing is 1st overall the look of the machine is great nothing wrong with it out the box and packaged well took me around 40 minutes to get it all together now for the games i mean what else can you ask for it nba jam lol as far as the online feature it works some of the time there has been 2 updates besides the one when you 1st get it but over time they will get it right overall though great machine for any nba fan or a fan of some arcade basketball that you can also play online

This is a great addition to any collection. One of the all time classics from the 90’s. You will not be disappointed.

He's on Fire! What a fun cab. Arcade 1Up has definitely gotten better over the years and this pack of games has been on the want list since the compnay first started doing business. Monitor is adequate size to play comfortably but you wont get 4 full size adults around this machine. Luckily the Wifi allows you to play against others wirh the same machine. This was an arcade classic and Im glad to have it in my own gameroom.
