The good think is that arcade 1up has an excellent customer support staff. I has control deck issues and light gun issues. Arcade 1up replaced them all.

Died after 3 weeks…

Arcade 1up customer service was slow and not attentive to detail in our communication. They said they didn’t know when the part would be available for replacement. 2 weeks or 2 months. I didn’t want to risk having a dead machine for that long, so we sadly returned it. We loved the game when it worked. Maybe we got a lemon? Also, if you want to enjoy the game, the guns should be calibrated each time you turn it on…

Big Buck Hunter fun when it works

Contacted customer service on line for the manufacturer and they eventually sent me a new computer board for the game I had to install. Still didn’t fix the issue so I’m now waiting again for a new part. Fun game, custom service was responsive but disappointed in the quality and time I’ve spent trying to get this resolved. Probably won’t buy another similar game.
