Purchasing this cabinet is a childhood dream full filled! I only wish to have space for more.

This cabinet has all of the same issues that are common with Arcade1up products. Mine came with damage to the artwork in two spots. The control deck protector is also all scratched up brand new out of the box and the led only highlights the scratches. They also started using a cheaper monitor mounting screw with a smaller phillips head which is more difficult to install. Very disappointing quality, for the price I expected an undamaged product. Otherwise, it's a great cabinet!

It’s an arcade game. Like those from an arcade. Except it’s in my house. What a neat adventure it offers. My monitor didn’t work and still waiting parts though. So that makes me really sad that months later I still don’t have a working machine.

The games are great, but somewhat lacking. Would love to have Marvel vs Capcom 2 on here.

Cons: -Dead pixel on monitor. -Poor LCD monitor quality. -Marquee edge scratched and scrapped enough to bleed light through. -Metal housing holding game board scratch so deep it bent the metal surface. Bottom corner of said housing improperly shaped/bent to the point the edge was rounded. -Missing "c" screws. -Loud popping from speakers while accessing menu. -Packaging came damaged (punctured). -Assembly is a hassle. Improper manufacturing made placing screws difficult. -No "live" customer support. The little customer support you get encourages you to disassemble components that to the average consumer can be confusing and time consuming. Pros: -Best Buy delivered on time.

As far as TOYS go, I call this a good one. If I were a child, and received this for Christmas, I would be pleased... But keep in mind, this is just a toy; it is NOT to the level of a real arcade machine, and it is NOT cheap. I was expecting better

This thing was an absolute piece of junk! After I built it I noticed that it had defects and tried to get in contact with this customer service and their customer service didn't believe me even with the pictures that I sent as proof they still wanted me to make a video as if I was making it for Youtube. Do not recommend.

Purchased this as an open box item with an “excellent” classification. Box came with what looked like a new package. Instruction manual was for marvel v capcom but everything else was Space Invaders. Where is the quality control at Best Buy?!? Extremely disappointed as I’ve been waiting for this game and they are now sold out.

Came with blown speakers. Not to mention it was a "best buy exclusive" and now it no longer is which is just a huge load of CRAP! Grab this machine at bestbuy. We like their stonk better anyways.

Screen failed in less than 2 months. Just long enough to be out of Best Buy return period. Manufacture customer service is not helpful. Total loss.

This was one of the best purchases i ever made, a bit small for a larger guy, but worth it.
