Galaga and Galaxian firing button does not work

I love the PacMan game and Mrs PacMan very much. But the other games it comes with like the Galaga and Galaxian game doesn’t work. You need to use a fire button but it has been defective since delivery. I received this item on May 27th, 2021 and maybe got to play the PacMan twice. Now my family and I are back from vacation and when I noticed the FIRING BUTTON was a delay in releasing missiles to destroy the Galaga spaceships I was so bummed out. I don’t know PS4 systems I only know this one. Very discouraging

According to Best Buy support I will have to wait a week for them to come in assemble it. Unacceptable. Not happy. Will return.

Fun but has damage

Better quality than expected, made decent.

Took about 1.5 hours to assemble, but directions were pretty decent & overall, quality was better than I expected. This one included the risers, which I think are definitely needed if you want it to feel like the arcade version. Without them, it's really low and kinda awkward. Some versions sell risers separately, so if you buy one without them, I'd suggest getting them.
