Great for high traffic areas where you need the extra length

Work great with Arlo security camera and the cord length gives you enough cord to place the camera in any location.

$50 for a power cable is just an insane price. The cameras don't work with generic power cables, and the cameras faulty motion sensing causes the requirement of a power cable or the camera battery will die within 2-3 days if there is motion detected (even if outside the activity zone). 2 cables for $100 for cameras that are supposed to be battery powered. So while the cables do work with the camera, the price is absolutely insane.

Excellent product for constant power to your camera.

I was a long time Arlo customer and purchased this cable to provide constant power to my Arlo Cameras. Imagine my surprise when Arlo changed their subscription plan and canceled my legacy subscription. They have shut off half my cameras, and the cameras that are still active are unable to record video until I add a new subscription for over double the price I was previously paying. This is bad practice. Before purchasing search Arlo Community and other forums for angry customers. Products are solid, but the company is not. I would not recommend spending any money on an Arlo product.

After some time using this cord to keep my Arlo AC powered, the weather has effected the cabling and now you can hear a noise through the camera when recording video.

wish the sold the outdoor cable in anything shorter than 25 foot. Especially when you only need 5 feet and pay for 20 feet you don't need. Complete scam and wasteful

Great for reaching some spots that you don't want to have to get to all the tame but the plug falls out pretty easily

Love not having to charge the battery all the time. Tried solar panels, but it has been too cold for them to charge the cameras. This also seems to decrease the camera connection to love view when charged to 100%

Got this Arlo floodlight plug to work in my Arlo floodlight that i just got new. Era message stating of using wrong wired. Even that it as the right code. Trying it in my old camera that already as a wired... and same message shows up.

this purchase did not solve my problemand I received no guidance from customer service. apparently your people do not know the product they are selling.

This arlo product does work but the plug is not modular and is very bulky. It takes up the entire 2-plug outlet. I had to purchase a deeper outlet box just for it to fit. It would have been practical to design the plug smaller or a USB that detaches from the plug.

Bought this charging cable through Best Buy.com and it quit after about two weeks. Best Buy was not helpful in returning the product. Contracted COVID 19 and couldn’t return until after 14 day return policy had expired. Their “policy” was more important than customer service even though I was an Elite member. The product itself should last for years and Arlo has a one year warranty on their products. Best Buy deferred me to Arlo to resolve, so hopefully they will replace the charging cable for me without too much difficulty.

Does what it’s supposed to and seems to be holding up during outdoor use.

Purchased two cables and both failed in outdoor weather. Appears moisture was able to get into the plug-in housing. Purchased 4 non ARLO 10' outdoor cables as a package for under $25 on Amazon. All 4 are holding up well. Magnetic end provided strong connection.

Good price for this cannot get it cheaper anywhere else

This cable did not fit on my device. Another visit to my local Best Buy to return it.

The camera can’t sit up while plugged into this cable. Very disappointing as it’s a arlo product!

Absolutely junk only worked for 3 months and now won’t work with floodlight camera

My first four cameras, purchased about 2 years ago, are great but the new ones will not hold their charge and the pictures are also blurry. It takes a long time for the pictures come up, as much as a minute or two.
