    I Purchased this for my third system. The quality of the product is extremely high. I considered another brand of charger but realizing that charging lithium batteries requires a little extra safety. I get that added comfort from the Arlo brand charger.

    We invested in the Arlo system last year, and feel very mixed about the reliability and functionality of the system. There is such a long lag before motion notifications come through that if there is a delivery person in our drive, they are long gone before we are notified. We invested in the solar batteries, and they are also very persnickety. They have to be perfectly positioned or they won't charge, and the batteries die quickly. Overall, we would be much happier if the system was quicker and charged better. We are replacing a batteries already, which isn't a good sign.

    First, it's not a knock-off. This ensures I'm not getting something that is cheap and only works for a couple of hours and then is junk. Best Buy is great in honoring their warranty and doing exchanges!!

    This is a life saver for me. I have multiple arlo cameras set up around my house. It's great not having to remove the camera to charge the battery. Now, I can swap batteries and charge the low one. Must have!

    Came into store. Found but could not get anyone to help me. Product locked up. Finally a rep from another line got keys & helped. Not sufficient cashiers to help & dyson rep checked me out. Have done curbside & was much better experience. Will not buy from Best Buy unless I can do curbside

    Because you only get a single charging cable with the Arlo 3 or Ultra, this charging kit is a must have. Too painful to take turns charging each camera when each one takes 2 hours to fully charge. Getting it is a no brainer.

    Game changer. One of our camera the battery has to get recharged every month or so due to heavy traffic. This keeps 2 fresh battery all times.
