don't waste your money

Very BAD h

Not a good product.

wrong type of charger

Let down and disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The whole Arlo security system has been nothing but problems from the get-go batteries didn't even last 2 months and they wouldn't hold a charge cameras are very weather sensitive anything below 30° they go out, constant dropping a signal and support was virtually near then to make matters worse when the warranty was up the whole system shut down it would not come back up they wanted me to purchase a support program for extra dollars a month which is why I bought Arlo in the first place because there was no bill to be dealt with... Needless to say the base unit and the cameras went right in the trash I'm switching to Eufy goodbye Arlo.
