Hello I am very impressed with the options that my New Arlo Essential Outdoor Camera 2nd Generation, the picture quality, options of security, flood light, flashing light, it will even call the police, and the mobile app is easy to use and the customer service at the Best buy store in Omaha NE was very helpful picking out the perfect camera for me Thank you Best buy

Easy go set up and use. It can be mounted also anywhere. Batteries last a long time.

These newer arlo cameras just don’t seem to work as well as the older ones. Batteries don’t keep a charge as long and sometimes they glitch out, when I say glitch out, the camera will be pointed at a certain location and some how it will be recording to the far wide left, no where near where it’s pointed. Resetting and setting the device back up is the only thing that seems to fix this. They also don’t seem to be as responsive as the older versions. The newest app update is also not as user friendly as the previous version.

Bought this to replace an older Ring camera, picture is great as is the app. Only had 1 instance where it did not charge correctly. Had to delete the camera and reinstall to show it was charged. Apparently this is a known bug, Arlo still has not updated the software to fix this.

This is a really great camera at a reasonable price.

It’s a clear picture, you can zoom in as well. I would like it to be more wide on the degree of the view, but it’s good as it is. I love the app, it’s easy to navigate and it gives you options on all your systems.

Camera itself is great however it wasn’t clear that you need to pay for a subscription to keep any video footage. Wanted to return it but i waited too long. Very disappointed

This is one of many different models of Arlo cameras I have purchased and used in the last two years. They are always easy to set up and function well, most of the time. Occasionally they seem to miss the recording of an event. Overall I am happy with them and will continue to use them.

Great, clear vision, and excellent cameras. you can zoom in on your photographs from the camera or your videos. You can record the videos and forward them on to police departments. Should you have a break-in or sharing with the family and friends. I intend to purchase a few more to securely monitor my building.

Love this little buddy. I can grab a very expansive shot of my backyard up to my deck with just this one camera. Super easy to pair with your wireless, and the mounting is simple too. A nice complement to my Arlo doorbell cam.

Bought a food truck. Four of these cameras for $35/ea I connected them in about 10 minutes. I put them in the truck and as soon as anyone goes near, the LED lights up brightly for all to know they are on camera...or for me to see in the dark. I get an instant alert and video and from there can choose to go live. Business....$140 is keeping $$$$$$$ safe and peace of mind for me!

I have had several Arlo cameras over the years, indoor, outdoor, with replaceable battery and now this one with rechargeable battery. Great quality, works as described, easy connection to home network and App.

I was a little skeptical about getting one at first, due to the reviews. I must say that I went ahead and ordered one and I couldn’t be happier with this outdoor camera. While I’m at work, I’m able to see what’s going on around my home. The recording is not blurry at all, and it’s up to speed. I recommended this camera to someone on yesterday, that’s how great it is.
